Amazing ski-In / ski-Out Breckenridge condo! Located right off of the 4 O'clock Ski Run! Look out your balcony and glass sliding door at the Snowflake lift. Peer through your living room windows and enjoy skiers passing by. To ski out, you simply walk across the drive (75 yards) and catch the snowflake lift. To ski in, you take the 4 O'clock ski run directly to the property complex - it's that simple!

Enjoy relaxing evenings in this open concept condo with a large stone fireplace and flat screen tv in the great room. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, and the dining room seats six plus - a great area for everyone to gather.

The master bedroom boasts a plush king bed with large walk-in closet and en suite master bath. There is another queen sized bedroom down the hall, with a bunk room next door. They have full access to the updated hall bath. If you need extra sleeping space there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for your convenience.

You cannot find a better location than this! Easy ski out in the mornings by hopping directly on the Snowflake lift, ski in after a long day on the slopes and drop your gear in the convenient mud room. Enjoy relaxing in the community hot tub, just steps away from the front door. Walking to town for shopping and restaurants is right around the corner, or take the free shuttle with a stop right across the street.

Summer Time: This is a bright and clean unit that has a small balcony facing East for the morning sun. Great location in the summer as it is an easy walk down Four O'clock Rd to Main Street. It takes about 5 minutes walk. If you don't want to walk the free town shuttle service picks up right across the street at the snowflake lift. In the summer you can walk out the door and start on any number of hiking trails and difficulty levels. Winter Time: Located right on the 4 o'clock ski run and right across the street from the snowflake lift, it doesn't get much better. Plus being able to walk to town is a big plus during the busy winter season. The kids can go to the Beaver Run Ski school via the free town shuttle pick up at the snowflake lift.

Great Place to Stay!!!

Excellent accommodations and location, The condo was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for six adults and all of our ski equipment. Perfect for ski in and ski out. The Snowflake Ski Lift was just across the street from our condo, and the return run was next to the parking lot of our condo. We enjoyed the three hot tubs that were on the premises. They were clean and maintained. The condo is close enough to down town Breckenridge to walk, but the hill climb on the way back may take it out of you...LOL I do recommend staying at Tyra 233.

Perfect for us.

What a perfect place to stay for Breckenridge skiing. The lift is practically at your front door. We literally skiied to the parking lot and stored our skis in the car. We walked a few steps to our spacious condo. Who could ask for anything more...???

Especially, since it snowed our entire first night and first day. Fresh powder... wonderful trip in every way.

This condo had plenty of room for my husband and I and our 4 adult children! the location was perfect to cross the street to the lift and ski directly to the parking lot at the end of the day!

The condo was cozy and quiet and we loved having the ski rental shop on the first floor!

I would recommend it for you and your family or friends!!

If you're here to ski, this is the place

Fantastic ski in ski out location right across from the snowflake lift. 10 minute walk to main street. Unit also nicely located close to parking lot and hot tubs. Comfortable accommodation with three bedrooms, one with a single and a bunk bed. Not the most updated decor or furnishings or plumbing fixtures, but again this unit is all about location. Management company was accomodating with a late check out so we could ski in the morning before we left, which was nice.
