Amazing ski-in / ski-out Breckenridge condo! Located right off of the 4 O'clock Ski Run! Look out your balcony and glass sliding door at the Snowflake lift. Peer through your living room windows and enjoy skiers passing by. To ski out, you simply walk across the drive (75 yards) and catch the snowflake lift. To ski in, you take the 4 O'clock ski run directly to the property complex - it's that simple!

Enjoy relaxing evenings in this open concept condo with a large stone fireplace that was updated in 2021 and a flat screen tv in the great room. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, new laminate flooring, and new appliances. The dining room seats six plus - a great area for everyone to gather.

The master bedroom boasts a king bed and en suite master bath. There is another queen sized bedroom down the hall, with a bunk room next door. They have full access to the updated hall bath. If you need extra sleeping space there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for your convenience.

You cannot find a better location than this! Easy ski-out in the mornings by hopping directly on the Snowflake lift across the street, ski-in after a long day on the slopes and drop your gear in the convenient entry mud room. Walking to town for shopping and restaurants is right around the corner, or take the free shuttle with a stop right across the street.

Outstanding Location
Condo ski in / ski out was great. Walk across street to non-crowded lift. Ski into parking lot / stairs. Great ski access. Walkable to town, but we'd drive to city lot at the bottom of the hill (about a 2 minute drive) and walk from there. Condo was great. Exactly as described. No complaints. I'd rebook this condo in a heartbeat.

Great location next to the Snowflake lift. Condo is well equipped. The window seat is a nice place to sit and enjoy the view and soak up the sun. Very close to the hot tubs. This is the second year we’ve stayed in this condo and it has worked well for us.

In early 2009, my family’s love for the mountains brought us out to a new place to call home; Breckenridge, Colorado. My dad, who has had an extensive real estate career, decided that Breckenridge would be a great place to explore another avenue of real estate; short-term property management. This is where I went to high school and was introduced to the vacation rental and tourism industry.

I have 10 years of experience in the short-term property management industry in Colorado ski-town communities; managing roughly 30 properties at once. Now, I'm a full-time real estate agent in the mountains & along the Front Range. My extensive experience in this industry has been an asset in helping clients find properties that best suit their needs and homeownership goals.
