About Marga Friberg

The owner is a huge fan of St. John's College and all the activities and talks and seminars that they give. She purchased the house to live in as she pursues her Masters there. For now she is living in the midwest pursuing her law career and can't wait to get back here. But in the meantime, she would like to share her home with you between her visits. I am her neighbor in Unit B which I also rent on VRBO and will manage all your needs in renting this lovely space.

Marga Friberg purchased this condo in 2005

Very nice place

  • 4 of 5

The place was very nice. It had everything we needed and close to downtown and the plaza. We enjoyed out stay. The weather was said to be about 10 degrees above normal and it did get a little warm in the back bedroom. We enjoyed it and loved Santa Fe.

cozy house in a great neighborhood on the edge of downtown. Very well equipped household!

  • 4 of 5

Comfortable living space, with nice kitchen. Quiet neighborhood close to markets and downtown. Conveniently located near highway 285. The owner is next door so there are no worries. Nice little backyard and very usable kitchen (gas range). Regarding earlier comment about coffee maker: larger coffee maker is now included! A very good place to stay!

Clean, well appointed and good location.

  • 4 of 5

This property is clean, and in a great location; we could walk to both downtown and the "railyard" area. We had everything that we needed and the beds were comfortable. This is not a fancy property, but we did not expect fancy. It was ideal for our stay in Santa Fe.

Well maintained, clean, convenient location

  • 4 of 5

The house is very nice, quiet, clean, with a good location.

A couple of evenings were quite warm, and the ceiling fans and open windows didn't cool the interior very much. Since driving to the end of the alley to turn the car around is necessary, that is somewhat inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Owner's Response: Thanks so much for staying. I will hookup the portable air conditioner immediately. So sorry it was warm - it snuck up on me....

Great place

  • 5 of 5

This is the third time we have stayed at one of Marga places. We loved it. Great location and very walkable. We had one small problem (no ones fault just one of those things). Marga responded very quickly and fixed it. She is great. I enjoy this place so much that when we decided to come back in October her place was the first one we looked at but unfortunately it is not available for the dates we are looking at. If I had any suggestions is to maybe get a bigger coffee pot.

Simple and clean

  • 4 of 5

The two bedroom tiny house was perfect for our short visit. It’s location is close enough to downtown so that you can walk or drive. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, and the beds are comfortable. We will return.
