A half block away is Sushi on Second and Boca Restaurant (as well as the Magic Lantern cinemas), one block from your door are the Cornerstone Bar & Grill, Sawtooth Club, and Rico's as well as Whiskey's and the Casino, and just a block and a half away are The Pioneer, Enoteca, and B. restaurants! The unit itself has an open living area light beech floors and gas fireplace, with two bedrooms downstairs each with full ensuite baths. The Master suite encompasses the entire second floor, with its own fireplace and massive master bath with separate soaking tub and shower with steam, and very large walk-in closet.
Our home is in downtown Ketchum, Idaho, the main 'city' at Sun Valley, the premier ski resort and summer place to play. Skiing (cross-country and alpine), hiking, fly fishing, walking, shopping, dining are all within five minutes from the home. Movies and restaurants and bars are one block away! Rafting the Salmon River is just an hour away, in the beautiful Sawtooth Valley with the Sawtooth Mountains and their hiking right there too. Of course you can hike and mountain bike right in Ketchum, with many great trails (Bald Mountain, the White Cloud trails, Adams Gulch) within a 5 minute drive!
