**************Apartment Description*********

The layout and Space of this apartment is unique in that there is a separated Kitchen and Living room which gives you two areas to hang out in. The Bedrooms are also on opposite sides of the living room. It has a main bedroom Ensuite Bath & a second washroom with walk in shower in the main apartment.

The Whole place was renovated in November 2014 after a flood with new flooring and paint. We also added 2' wooden slat blinds on all the windows which, alone, cost of over $5k.. Everything in the apartment is top quality and is set up and designed to target corporate rentals. It has been popular with movie studios, one of whom took it for a year and Coca Cola rented it in the run up to the Olympics.

The concrete Building is only 9 years old so It has excellent sound proofing and amenities.

I'm available 24x7 (Literally) if you have any questions, issues or concerns.. I'd rather you called me at 4am to tell me the wireless is down than have you even slightly dissatisfied with your stay!


I take pride in making sure my place is spotless for all guests - professionally cleaned before and after each visitor as well as weekly for guests staying over 7 days. All the sheets are thrown out each quarter and replaced with brand new, just to keep things fresh.


The Apartment has a full Gym, which is quite large, well stocked with modern equipment and has a small yoga space, a Sauna and a Steam Room. There is a secure gated parking space with the Apartment which is located on the first level of the Underground, so easy Access.

The Apartment is really very well situated in that you can easily walk to the Yaletown bars, Robson Street Shopping or the main beach within 5 minutes. Staying in any of those areas means a lengthy walk to the others so a central location is just so convenient.

The Davy village shops, restaurants and food-markets are less than a 2 minute walk while the main city cinema, the Scotiabank theatre, is about 3 blocks away. While the Davy street bars are close they are far enough that you will have more peace at night than the Yaletown or Granville street locations, which are packed until the early hours. You can be home from those bars in less than 5 or 10 minutes when you do call it a night!

Soundproofing in the apartment is also excellent so there is very little street noise.
