Welcome to the Bischoferhütte in Alpbach!

The 150 year old, renovated hut is in a sunny location on the edge of the forest with a beautiful view of the village of Alpbach. Very quiet, sunny, ideal for families, starting point for beautiful hikes. The hut is fully equipped, has 2 floors, in which there are 1x3 and 1x2 bed rooms, as well as 1 toilet and 1 shower. A wood stove and electric heating will warm you up on cold winter nights. One floor is completed for up to 5 people.

Price per week up to 5 people. in winter 1. 150.-, each additional person / week 180.-
In summer up to 5 people per week. 1. 100.-, each additional person / week 180.-
Christmas week up to 10 pers. 2. 400.-
New Year's week up to 10 pers. 2,800
Carnival week up to 10 people 2. 400.-
Holiday weeks in winter up to 5 people 1. 250.-,
each additional person / week 180.-

All additional costs are included in the rental price!
Local tax per person and Day from 15 years € 2.- and final cleaning once 100.- will be charged separately!
We only rent for 14 days over Christmas / New Year!
Bring bed linen, hand and tea towels!
In the high season we only rent weekly or longer!
Small pets on request! Per animal / week 100.-
Bring snow chains in winter! If there is snow, we offer our guests a free shuttle from the hut to our parking lot and back.

Wonderschone ligging
Dit huis had alles wat wij zochten: wonderschone zeer vrije ligging met fabuleus uitzicht en zeer veel ruimte. En echt echt in de bergen wauw. Het huis heeft het karakter van de berghut behouden, dat vonden wij prettig. Geen bankstel maar rustieke houten tafel waaraan we veel hebben gezeten. Resi en Franz zijn hartelijk en attent, we zijn warm ontvangen, werden met rust gelaten maar als we wilden kregen we aandacht en snel antwoord op vraag. De schaduw op ruim overkapt terras aan de zijkant was praktisch op de warmere dagen. Het huis zelf bleef verrassend koel. De badkamers zijn mooi gerenoveerd, beter gedouched dan thuis. Het waren voor ons twee unieke weken bovenop de berg met geklingel van de koeien op de achtergrond. Prachtige wandelingen vanuit huis gemaakt. De koeienstal voor het melken en käsealm van Franz ligt langs de wandelroute naar boven. We hebben genoten van de schnapps en frische milch en zelfs live muziek. De toegangsweg naar het huis vonden we spannend de eerste dagen maar we werden er al snel bedreven in. We hebben een heerlijke en bijzondere vakantie gehad!

Die urige Berghütte ist sehr gemütlich und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Vermieter herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit sowie unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Entspannung mit Aussicht
Wir (2 Erwachsene) hatten eine sehr schöne Woche auf der Bischofsalm. Die Aussicht aus der Hütte ist wirklich von fantastisch und es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Mountainbike Touren. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
