The neighborhood is convenient to many popular restaurants and shops and is adjacent to the quaint center of Queen Creek, Arizona. We are approximately 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 15 minutes from the new Mesa Gateway Airport. There are several golf courses in the area, and with access to SR 202 and US 60 only 15 minutes away, you can have a fun day exploring the Chandler or Scottsdale areas.

Be one of the first guests to stay in this welcoming 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. The Master offers a queen size bed with plenty of storage, a flat screen television and a private bath. The other two bedrooms are just as inviting and each include plenty of closet space and a shared bathroom across the hall. The open den area has warm wood floors and a new, large leather sectional sofa with a desk area and wi-fi internet access. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available as well as a 1 car garage. This home has been cared for and we are excited to share it with you.
