Your home away from home – Newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo

Portofino Condominiums is situated in the beautiful Lakewood community, a wonderful area for walking, cycling and golf. Our condo is conveniently located next to grocery stores (Fry’s, Safeway and Trader Joes) and many restaurants. The heated pool, spa, fitness centre and business centre are steps away from the condo. There is a second heated pool in the complex.

Our condo is a fully furnished, main floor unit with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a view of the lake and sunsets outside the front door. It sleeps 4 comfortably, and 6 with a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen and bathrooms feature beautiful granite countertops with under mount sinks. Luxury vinyl plank flooring runs throughout the condo. Other details include the following:

• Patio with comfortable patio furniture
• Full size washer and dryer
• Large screen smart TV so that you can view Netflix and other streaming services
• Wireless internet and HD antennae

We are close to the I10 and 202 highways, providing easy access to Sky Harbor and Gateway airports (20 minutes from each). We are 5 minutes away from the Phoenix Premium Outlets and close to Chandler Fashion Mall and other major retail stores (IKEA, Furnishings, Electronics, Linens). The South Mountain Natural Reserve and park provides several great hiking trails and is moments away. Ahwatukee provides easy access to all that the Valley of the Sun has to offer- golf, spring training, hockey, hiking, sight seeing and casinos.

Great first floor, 2-bedroom, 2-full bath which had everything I could have possibly needed. The convenience factor was extremely high in terms of being near grocery stores, restaurants, my office, Lakewood community and the multi-purpose bike/running area. Internet was great when working from home and supporting the many streaming channel options. The hosts looked out for me if there were any notices from the Portofino property, and were very responsive if I had any questions. I thoroughly enjoyed the time here.

Cozy convenient condo
Loved staying in this condo. The neighborhood, the view from the front door, the convenient parking and the proximity to shopping made staying here a relaxing pleasure. The place was clean, comfy, and had more than everything we needed. Though we were hoping for some warm winter sun to shine in through a window we were delighted with the location. Tim was great to work with and always available to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome….in one word. Great location, all needed amenities within a 5 minute walk. Close to major freeways without the noise. 15 minutes to the airport ,numerous restaurants and hiking trails. Owners where very responsive to what few questions I did have.

Why they chose this property

Our Phoenix condo has been our winter get-away since 2010. We are retired and we appreciate all that Phoenix has to offer! There are plenty of activities close by- golf, pickle ball, miles of hiking trails in the South Mountain Natural Preserve, casinos and shopping at the Premium Factory Outlet or Chandler Fashion Mall. At the end of the day, you can relax under the palm trees in our beautifully landscaped pool area.

What makes this property unique

Location is key! You can walk to the grocery store and restaurants in minutes, take a jog around the beautiful Lakewood area and enjoy sunsets from our front door. We are a few minutes from the I10 and 202 which gives you access to everything else Phoenix has to offer.
