Just a savey home builder that is looking at sharing a place with many to put a smile on there face.
Owner purchased this Cabin in 2006
Why Owner chose Wisconsin Dells
It started out as getting a place half way between Racine Wi and Minniapolis Mn so the family could get together with the oldest of 5. It has been a great touch for the family and when we all can meet up its always an adventure. The first years of owning it started out as a mobile home. Now with some sweat and hard work i had built a retreat. Im always working on new ideas and things to bring to the cabin. The father says i will never stop. I just let him know i will stop when it is perfect.
What makes this Cabin unique
Being in the middle of 71 ac is a good start. The fact of no neighbors a private pond, vollyball court, horse shoes, and some hiking trails all add to what you can fill your time with. Also we have a benifit to give u dicounted NOAH'S ARK tickets

Spacious cabin but not enough sleeping space.
We arrived right at 4pm like the check-in time had said and expected the owner to be there to open up but after waiting 15 minutes out in the cold, no one opened the door nor contacted us. Tried getting a hold of the owner but no one picked up and we left a voicemail. Forty minutes later, owner finally "emailed" us that he won't be there so he gave us the pin to get inside. I felt that was very unprofessional, it was a late reply and a phone call or early email would have been great so we would know. Cabin looked exactly like the pictures and it was spacious but I dont think there was enough sleeping space, had only 15 people and because there wasn't actually "3 pull out sofas," some of us had to sleep on the floor. Maximum in description said 18 people. I feel the description needs an update on what exactly is included. Overall, we made the best of it and still enjoyed our stay.
great place to get away........with a few suggestions
Got there Friday night per our agreement.....house was clean and inviting, saw a lot of deer over the course of the weekend. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, cooking items, etc. Lower bar was nicely stocked with all the basics for drink mixing and etc. Bedrooms were very nice....beds were comfortable. A lot of different things to do......pool, dice, bowling game, television, Wii, air hockey....we kept ourselves occupied and had a very good time overall! I would definitely recommend it for a group looking to get away for some fun!
With that being said, there are a few suggestions I would make.........
While the downstairs shower is GREAT, it is not as advertised.....ad states shower with body spray and 2 heads-actual shower is an overhead/rain style shower head........don't get me wrong, it was still great, but as a business owner myself, I pride myself on accurate descriptions, and book or pay accordingly. Despite looking, I did not find the 3 pullout sofa sleepers that were advertised in the living room.....just 2 large sectional wraparound couches, which were VERY comfortable, by the way. I would also update to a gas water heater, or an "instant on" type rather than the electric one currently in use.....after 3-4 people were thru the shower, the water was getting cold-quite an inconvenience when you're talking 10+ people. I was also disappointed that the pictures showed several arcade type of video games, but when we got there, 2 had been moved and were sitting in the garage.....again, not a deal breaker, but the pictures and description should be updated. Batteries were dead in all remotes for the bar tv and stereo-we never could figure out how to get the satellite to work with the tv above the bar. Elevator was broken-again, not a huge deal, but definetly an inconvenience when trying to carry personal items as well as drinks and supplies for the bar downstairs, and made it much more difficult for one of our party to get around the house due to his physical limitations....
Overall, a very nice experience with a few minor suggestions so as to better improve the experience for future renters...thank you again, Nate!
We had a great experience at this VRBO. The cabin was very clean and the scenery was beautiful. The basement was a great space to entertain with plenty of games and a large bar. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
Setting was AMAZING, accomadations left nothing to be desired, and Nate was great to work with!
Great property with a lot of amenities.
It was a lot of fun. Mosquitos we're really thick our weekend. But the cabin layout was great!
We had a great time! The property is fantastic and well suited for a group gathering! We took full advantage of the outdoor space (i.e. volleyball, pond, grill/bar, etc.).
For starters the secluded setting you will be in can be acompanied by numerous activites off site. Down the road you can find a local winerey. For the kids your about 15 min away from all of the downtown Wi Dells has to offer. From water parks to great resteraunts to theme parks and night clubs. Speaking of night clubs there are local cabs to get you back and fourth if need be. There are also an aray of horse stables, fle markets, bars, resteraunts, and state parks to spend your time at.
