Beautiful, quiet two story 3 bedroom house with a spacious kitchen and dining room. Situated in the beautiful Oakland hills near Montclair Village, with near by dining and Farmers Market on Sundays from 9am-1pm at Montclair Village. Lots of hiking and biking trails are at walking distance. 30-40 min drive to San Francisco, 15-20 min to Berkeley, one hour away from lots of beautiful Pacific Ocean beaches. The property is on a hill over looking large trees with a partially view of the bay.
