Large (20 m2) bright room in an apartment in a really nice neighborhood of central lyngby (20 min by train to the copenhagen center) and near DTU. The room is private but kitchen and bathroom are shared.
There are many nearby supermarks like lidl, faktas, kiwi, netto, hw, lyngby store center and magazin
Within 5 minute walking distance to CBS (Lyngby station)
CPR nummer of course is available
Deposit is one month
Rent includes electricity, heating, gas and water
If you are clean, tidy and responsible person please send me message :)
The contract could be extended to 1 year if both sides are agree after two month.
