The villas at Ocean Breeze are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

Welcome to Ocean Breeze 11, a recently remodeled end unit townhome in a secluded, yet accessible, ocean-oriented South Forest Beach location. The villa offers 2 Bedrooms, 2 ½ Baths, and 3 large HD Flat screen tvs with cable and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well-equipped and boasts upscale stainless steel appliances (including a wine fridge) with spacious granite surfaces and premium cabinetry. You will find Luxury Vinyl Flooring throughout and an integrated sound system on both levels.

The updated washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor.

There is a King bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a pullout sofa in the living room. Sliding glass doors off the living area open to the deck where you can relax after a day at the beach while listening to your favorite music on the outdoor speakers.

A short walk along scenic pathways with lagoons and lush trees covered in Spanish Moss overhead brings you to any of the 3 Ocean Breeze pools in the complex. Ocean Breeze also has a private tennis court for guest use.

Conveniently located, this villa is a short walk to several public beach access points (8 minutes), Celebration Park, and Adventure Playground as well as shopping and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. Park your car and ride bikes to explore the beach and miles of bike paths on the island.

Ocean Breeze 11 is the perfect home base for your Hilton Head vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is wonderful. The rooms are big and they are as depicted on the website. It’s minutes to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. We walked everywhere.Jimmy, Stephanie and all the others at VTHHI are simply the best. They respond quickly to anything thrown at them.A few minor repairs reported on a Sunday were quickly taken care of. We just love this company and the properties they manage. We’ve been here twice for winter getaways of 6 weeks and they have never disappointed.

But we do understand that heat rises and it was a cold month. Close to the beach which was important. Quite area with a great neighbor. Close all our favorite restaurant Hinchey's and our favorite golf course, Shipyard. Would highly recommend your company and this property. Already booked for next winter.
