Comfortable, cozy and quiet studio located at the entrance of Antigua Guatemala. The villa is perfect for 1 or 2 people, fully equipped and has wifi and cable tv, linens and towels. You will feel at home! The villa is part of a beautiful, exclusive condominium that has many green areas to read a book or enjoy a beverage - including a semi-private one right next to your villa. The condominium provides laundry services and has a heated swimming pool. The condominium implements all nationally recommended anti-COVID measures. Transport to the city center is available through a personalized shuttle, but if you prefer to walk, getting you to the Parque Central takes less than ten minutes. Excellent stay!
We stayed here for 5 weeks (we ended up extending from 4 weeks because we liked it so much!). It was the perfect space for what we needed. My spouse was able to work remotely - the internet connection was great. Ria was so easy to communicate with and the security/admin team is great. The pool area is a nice plus! We would recommend staying here :)

Amazing experience!
I am glad I found this little place. Not so close to the hustle and bustle of the centre of Antigua. Walking distance is quite feasible, and the shuttle is available and very accommodating. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff is pleasant and always ready to assist you in any way they can. The host, Ria, is just amazing. She went out of her way to make this stay an amazing experience. For a first timer in Guatemala for a longer stay than usual, this place was for me a nest away from home. Thank you Ria.

Very beautiful villa and nice staff! Ria’s place was nice and cozy. We had reliable Wi-Fi to work from home for 2 months ( both working from home , conference calls , downloading data etc ) Daily shuttle was very convincent and weekly cleaning . We would come Again!

I moved from the Netherlands to wonderful Guatemala in 1999 - never a dull day here! I am working in Guatemala City for the international conservation organization the Rainforest Alliance, and decided to live in the beautiful town of Antigua, to escape a bit from busy city life. This is how I ended up buying this lovely place. But while the villa was built, I met my (now) husband and the plans to move into the studio changed, as we soon saw our family completed with our daughter and two dogs - we just wouldn't fit. We now live in a small town next door and it's easy for us to swing by if you need anything. My family and friends from abroad stay at the villa when they come visit and I hope you will enjoy it as much as they do. I want the villa to be everything I personally wish for when renting such a property or going on vacation, so suggestions for improvements are always welcome and will be addressed whenever possible. Carlos and I really wish for you to enjoy Antigua and Guatemala for a reasonable price, and simply feel at home. We hope to welcome you soon.

What I most love about the villa is its proximity to the city center of Antigua, combined with the comfort, quietness and beauty the place provides. The villa has all you may need, and the condominium has beautiful areas to sit down and relax or work. The heated pool and wine cellar provide additional options for relaxation.
