Riverfront property in the "flats" of Narrowsburg... This newly imagined home has all the creature comforts you want in a getaway: super comfy beds, central A/C, heated floors, Sonos speakers, indoor/outdoor shower and fire pit while watching the river float by. Take a paddle or swim from the backyard while you watch the eagles fly. Narrowsburg has great restaurants and cool shops. Close to Callicoon, Bethel Woods, and Livingston Manor. This upstate experience is only 2 hours from the GW Bridge.

Another great weekend in Narrowsburg
This is our favorite place to stay when we want a quick getaway. Right on the river, close to Bethel, immaculately clean, everything we need - plus the added bonus of watching eagles on the river. Love it here!

What a great experience! Allison was wonderful to work with, very accommodating and responded to questions very quickly.A bottle of wine and chocolate chip cookies we’re waiting for us when we arrived - an unexpected treat! We would most definitely recommend this property.

Another Great visit to the river
We had tickets to see a show at Bethel Woods, and decided to come back to our favorite house on the river in Narrowsburg. Once again, it didn’t disappoint. The house was clean, comfortable and central to all we wanted to do. Both the host and the house manager were easy to work with and available if needed. We enjoyed a carnival in the town, a short ride to our concert, and got to see a variety of eagles on the river. It was another great time.

Immaculate dream vacation home
This house is one of the most immaculate and well designed vacation homes I’ve ever been in! The fit and finishes were perfect quality, the house was spotless, the amenities are top notch, and you can’t beat the location on the Delaware river. My family and I will definitely be back! One of the most relaxing weekend you can imagine :-)

Exceeded expectations!
The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. It contained everything we needed. The location on the river was perfect, and we were lucky to have eagles regularly perching in the tree across the river from the property, as well as flying by. Appreciated that we could walk into town. Happy we chose this place 😊

I love this property for the peaceful vibe and amazing river view. A perfect escape from the city to chill out. Whether your active or need a hideout - this place is for you. Walk or bike to town - enjoy the great restaurants and local shops in town. Take a day trip to nearby Callicoon or Livingston Manor. Go kayaking down the river, hiking in the mountains or lay in the hammock and read a great book. Great entertaining space to bbq with good friends.

What makes this property unique

The house is right on the river ... the scenery is outstanding whether you use the water or just need a place to unwind. There is wildlife to be seen and the house itself has been fully renovated for an elevated experience.
