Just steps to the beach from the front door (under 4 minute walk)!!! - BEST VALUE FOR YOUR DOLLAR - This condo is a spacious 750 square ft space, first floor condo directly by the waterway and pool, with newer whicker/coastal furniture, tile floors all throughout, and attached Florida sunroom that includes additional queen bed. This unit can accommodate up to 6 people (1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 1 Queen Size Sleeper Sofa). The kitchen is equipped with everyday cooking essentials and unit is fully stocked with linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels. Unit includes hairdryer, blender, toaster, regular coffee makers, dishwasher, stove, microwave, iron, and ironing board. Bonus bar space and counter between dining and living rooms.

Enjoy being steps away from the inter-coastal waterway where you can fish. This unit has fishing poles for adults, kids, and a tackle box with supplies. These are there as a convenience. At times they are reported broken or in need of string and fishing hooks. Guests are responsible for stringing and hooking their own poles. Must adhere to fishing laws and at your own risk. A beautiful under-crowded beach, a heated pool, and barbecue grills on site. Boat slips available for extra minimum nightly rental rate and boat ramp within 1 mile away. Coined laundry is conveniently located on the first floor of Building B on the North end of the building, as well as on the second floor of the building. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and entertainment, including miniature golf. The complex is near Salt Rock Grill restaurant and Smugglers Cove mini golf.

Indian shores is such a prime destination. The sand is white and sunsets are gorgeous. Located just south of Clearwater Beach and north of St. Pete Beach. Indian Shores is a hidden getaway!

Perfect for a relaxing vacation
The property was just as it was described. Close walking distance to the beach and was very easy to do with toddlers. Very quiet location so it felt like the beach was just for us. At least compared to the other tourist beaches. We had everything we needed inside the condo in terms of appliances.. we even had a playpen ready for our 1 year old. They had a couple beach items. Fishing items. The only thing we had to bring were our clothes, food, condiments, and laundry detergent. Otherwise it really felt like home. Also! Another bonus, the back door opens right into the pool! And only a couple steps to the river in the back for some fishing. Check in and out was great! I would definitely love to book here again!!! Thank you so much for such a memorable trip for my family.

This is a beautiful condo. The owners went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Pool just outside the back door of the condo. Very nicely run complex. Right on the inter coastal. Excellent restaurant right next door. Beach was an easy short walk.

Condo was wonderful,late night pool parties was distracting...
The location for visitors that flew in as far as grocery stores was some want inconvenient. We were told that the swimming pool was closed after 9 pm, Friday and Saturday until late evening and early morning there was loud music and a lot of activity outside around and in the pool. Everything else was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for our early check in, you were very accommodating!

Our stay at Indian Shores
Our unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The master bedoom had a king size bed and the sun room had a pull out bed for two. We used the pull out bed to hold our opened suit cases. The rear door provided easy access to the recently refurbished pool and fishing dock. A cart for beach items was provided as were some fishing poles, beach chairs, and other beach items. No beach umbrella. The walk to the beach was about 3 to 4 minutes. Both a popular coffee shop and restaurant with early bird seating are within walking distance. Other good restauranrs are nearby. Overall, the location was perfect. Communication with the owner prior to arrival was via email and was totally adequate. We would highly recommend this VRBO unit.
