Close to local attractions, restaurants, and golf courses, yet tucked away on a quiet stretch of South Thomas drive in an area of beach bungalows, Boardwalk Beach Resort seems like a world away from the crowds and traffic of Front Beach Road. Set on an amazing 1700 ft of pristine beach front on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, everything about the Boardwalk is high-end.

Our condo is very spacious at 1380 square feet, providing lots of room for you and your family and friends to spread out and enjoy (compare that to the typical 2 BR condos on the beach that are only 1000 - 1100 SF). The master bedroom is huge and luxurious, and directly on the Gulf. The views from your very own private balcony are amazing!

Of course your condo includes all of the high-end features you would expect, such as all brand-new flat-panel LED televisions, a large and full-featured kitchen with granite countertops, full dining room table that seats 6, nine-foot ceilings with crown molding, tile in foyer, kitchen, dining and bath areas, cultured marble tubs and showers, separate shower and garden tub in master bath, and plush and comfortable bedding with brand-new Simmons BeautyRest mattresses.

Please check out all of the pictures to fully appreciate our condo. It is clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Rent from a local owner instead of a rental company.

About owner/property manager

We are John & Becky Ducote. We are local owners, having lived in the area since the mid 80s. We have dreamed for years of owning our own condo on the beach, and finally this year were able to make it a reality.

Why owner/property manager chose Panama City

When shopping for a condo we looked at lots of complexes, but very few give you that 'wow' feeling as does Boardwalk. It is just such a beautiful building, and everything is so nicely done. Walking into the front entrance, through the lobby and lounge, and to the pool area, you really feel like you are at a 5-star resort. Many of the other condos we looked at give you more of that budget motel feeling, with a small narrow pool crammed against the first-floor parking garage, and the pool edge only feet away from the fronts of parked cars. But not the Boardwalk! It is a true, full-featured resort.

What makes this condo unique

Boardwalk is the perfect location, close to the area attractions, restaurants, and bars, yet tucked away on a quiet stretch of South Thomas Drive, and set apart from other high-rises. The Boardwalk Convention Center is right next door, and is a venue for many of the area events such as Florida Ironman & Gulf Coast Triathalons, Gulf Coast Jam, and Thunder Beach bike weeks.

The entire area in front of the resort has recently been upgraded by Panama City Beach, and is just beautiful with paver & stamped-concrete sidewalks, landscaping, fountains, and park benches.

If you like golf, Signal Hill Golf Course is directly across the street. There are also the Hombre, Holiday, and Lagoon Legends golf courses, all within 5 miles.

Poolside Tiki Bar is great to have a drink and watch the sun set! (unless you are watching it from your own balcony) Kid's Interactive Poolside Play Area and Game Room

Outstanding property

This was our first stay at this condo, and I hope we can visit again. The views from the 21st floor were amazing, and we still enjoyed the sounds of the waves. Condo is exactly as pictured, was spotless, and it was very well equipped including a very nice selection of starter supplies. We were happy to have a local owner who could respond quickly had there been any issues. Great experience from beginning to end. Thanks John!

Clean, comfortable, great for couples or families

Our family stayed in this lovely condo (2 adults, 1 4-yr old) in late October. We've been going to PCB every year for over 10 years, and this was by far one of our favorite condos. The owner was gracious and easy to work with, the condo was clean, had a lot of nice 'extras' ( hand soap, games, beach toys) and the location for us was great- near Wal-Mart and on the quieter end of the beach. Definitely recommend and would return.

The condo was amazing as well as the owners!

This condo was very clean and well decorated. The kids loved the Nemo theamed room. We had a wonderful time. The views and condo amenities were very nice. The owners were so acomadating and nice. I would recommend this condo from these owners to all my friends and family.
