Irene 1405 is a beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean. A second balcony is located on the opposite side and offers a view of the excitement of uptown Ocean City. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!

The spacious living room is stylishly furnished with a comfortable couch, a leather recliner, chairs of various styles, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the pristine, fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen and a day bed with a trundle and a television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Great Spot, Nice Stay
We chose this location to be away from the crowdedness of the boardwalk and hotels. The balcony is great, condo has plenty of space, location has many restaurants and stores in walking distance. Pool was also a nice surprise and usually empty. My only complaint is the condo could have been a little cleaner, especially during COVID-19. Although it looked clean at first sight, there were crumbs all on the dining room table upon arrival- clearly not wiped down by the cleaning service, and we found random half empty water bottles, popsicle sticks, and bottle caps throughout. So cleaning company they hire could definitely be better. Other than that- I was pleased with my families stay and would stay again.

Amazing views!
The balcony is EVERYTHING! Loved being out there with a cup of tea or wine. Bonus balcony looking over the bay was wonderful. Plenty of space for a family of four. Furniture and building itself was older than I'd like, but it's an oceanfront rental at a reasonable price, so it worked for us. Having rented vacation homes for years in different areas, I've learned that unless I'm willing to pay 5k+ for a rental I've got to make some consecions. Would rent again IF the place was pet-friendly.
