Charming 3 Bedroom 2 Bath with two family rooms and plenty of outdoor space to relax. The Master Bedroom on ground floor has a Queen Bed and Full Bathroom. 2 rooms upstairs. 1st bedroom has 2 full beds. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and Twin with Twin trundle.
Kitchen is fully equipped. Great Outdoor Space with Patio, Decks, & Grill.

We love this location because your only 500 steps away from the Local Public Beach, Marina's, Restaurants, & Shops. Lake George Village is only 10 miles south, The Adirondack Extreme is 5 miles north. 30 minute drive to Gore Mountain & 40 minutes to beautiful Saratoga and the Saratoga Race Track.

Great vacation
We stayed with our adult children and had a wonderful week. The house was very well cared for and very clean, and the updates to the home really gave that high end feel. It was centrally located to anything we wanted or needed and the owners were available if we needed anything (not that we even needed them). Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!

A very cozy house in a great location
We loved our stay in Bolton Landing! Chris was very helpful and prompt in answering our questions. The pictures don’t do the house justice. It was so cozy, spacious and fully stocked. We loved using the firepit for making hot dogs and smores. The location is great with 5 minute walk to Roger memorial park for the beach. Lake George village is 15 minutes car ride. We loved the restaurants in the area - Chateau on the lake, Tavern on the Lake, the Boathouse. In Lake George village we really liked Gaslight. We rented a boat in Chic’s marina. For those traveling with kids - Expedition park was great with dinasour trail and an old fashioned amusement park. We already miss Lake George and our vacation home! We hope to be back next year!

Close to everything!!
The cottage is perfectly located in town. Super close to the food store, beach and gift shops. The home is recently renovated and oozes charm. The kitchen is well stocked and has so many extra dishes and glasses. There are two porches with chairs and an awesome fire pit. Overall an excellant spot !! Very clean!!

Very nice clean house, comfortable.
Clean and comfortable, a very nice house. Park in driveway and don’t need car again. Walk through town for everything. Only need car to drive 2 minutes down road to Chic’s Marina for boat rental and Algonquin restaurant on the water. Five star happy
