It is a 2 bedroom/2 bath/3-car garage/driveway a large patio deck with propane BBQ grill and large back yard along the Chewelah Creek. The master suite features a custom pine log queen bed, walk-in closet, jetted tub, dbl sink granite vanity and private commode. The 2nd guest room features a queen bed and guest bath has granite vanity top and private shower/commode, large open concept kitchen with natural hickory cabinets & featuring a large granite breakfast bar, dining area, a comfortable living room featuring a 48 inch' LCD HDTV on Dish, video library, including board games & cards. Free WI-Fi is available. Most cell phone connections are available on the property. A full size laundry room, ironing board & iron are at your fingertips. We are child friendly. All linens and towels are provided. Kitchen is fully equipped. You provide your own meals. No landline is available inside, please bring your cell phone. This a NO PET(S), NON SMOKING rental. Chewelah is a 'Place for All Seasons' featuring the well known 49 Degrees North Ski Hill, a winter favorite for skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, and fat tire biking. Enjoy fishing the trout stream out back (fishing license required) or within the 29 Lakes & Rivers in a 20 mile radius of the property. For the avid golfer, Chewelah Golf & Country Club is right up Sand Canyon Road, providing two golf courses with restaurant, all open to the public. Wild Game & Hunting within 2 miles, Colville National Forest for Hiking, Mushrooming, Horseback Trails, and a Snowmobiling Trail leading to the Idaho border, Whitewater Rafting & Tubing on the Kettle River 30 minutes to the North. Chewelah is a large Equestrian area with riding stables, horseback trails & competition events 1 mile south of town. An Antique Auto Museum and the Chewelah Casino known for its good food and entertainment are all within a 10 minute ride. Enjoy scenic views with an abundance of wildlife such as Deer, Bald Eagles, Elk, Moose, Owl, & Wild Turkeys.
