ABOUT THIS PROPERTY
Our spacious and comfortable penthouse condo has the perfect all season location. Sundowner, located on Four O'Clock Road, is just a short walk (or free shuttle ride) to the Snowflake lift or the base of Peak 9. Ski back in from the Four O'Clock run off of Peak 8. Main Street shopping, restaurants and Breck's many festivals are just a quick 5 minute walk around the corner!
This spacious 1200 sq.ft. top floor unit comfortably accommodates 8-10 people in 2 bedrooms with a loft and 2 full baths. Updated finishes in this unique condo include granite counter tops and updated baths, new insulated walls, and pine doors and trim throughout. Mountain cabin decor with the luxury of the penthouse location.
The master bedroom has a plush king bed, en suite bath, flat screen TV and access to a private deck. The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed and use of the updated hall bath. The loft has plenty of room for 4 in two bunk beds. Vaulted ceilings and sky lights in every room - including the loft - allow the brilliant mountain light to stream in.
Relax in the large great room while watching the new flat screen TV/DVD and surfing the complimentary high speed internet. The wood burning fireplace is well stocked - a welcome treat on cool nights. A large deck off the living area is a peaceful wooded retreat and contains an electric grill. A sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room for extra sleeping accommodations.
A fully equipped kitchen has beautiful cabinetry. It's well stocked for a sizable family gathering. The large dining room table seats 8, and the breakfast bar seats an additional 4. You can also enjoy your coffee or a sunny lunch on the dining room deck with views of town and the back mountain range.
The amenities continue in the complex clubhouse! Guests have full access to an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool spa. Their are central laundry facilities on site with a secure ski locker. This is your ideal Colorado getaway!

Great value and location as well as access to the lifts, Main Street, and the Upper Village Pool make this property a great value for multiple groups of families traveling together.
Bonus loft bunk room adds 4 twin beds. Cozy ambiance in the family gathering space as well as recent updates make this condo special.
We enjoyed the stay very much. It is close to down town.

The property is well located, just blocks from the Snowflake lift. Kitchen is fully equipped. Communication with property management was good.
Great location, easy walk to the lift and to town. Condo was very comfortable with the everything you need to cook meals in. The teenagers enjoyed the loft bedroom, but I only went up the ladder once. Wouldn't be the greatest space for adults. Beware that the parking is a little tight, someone backed into our rental and didn't leave a note. Even with that glitch, we had a great visit.
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this property. It is within walking distance of the Snowflake lift and restaurants in town.
Centrally located, short walk to town, short walk to lift. The place was clean and tidy and the manager checked in with us to make sure if we needed anything.
The condo is comfortable and clean with a spacious feel, although you have to walk up three flights of stairs to get to it. It's a short walk to lifts and an even shorter walk to access excellent bus service. Restaurants and shops are also just a short walk away. While the condo was well-stocked with bedding and other necessities, we were told that we'd need to re-stock the toilet paper ourselves, which was a shock given the peak price we paid over the holiday. I would highly recommend this property, but because Breckenridge has ample housing choices, I might try another spot next time.
Excellent location in the Four O'clock corridor of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Easy access to the snowflake lift and just a couple of blocks from Main Street Breckenridge with all of its mountain town charm, shopping, restaurants, and unlimited activities. Also close to the Breckenridge Ice Rink, Rec Center with indoor pool, and the world famous Breckenridge Golf Course.
