This lovely two story 4 bedroom two and a half bathroom home has a nice family room with 2 comfy sofas and an arm chair, with large flat screen TV. There is a further sitting room ideal for sitting peacefully relaxing or reading while others are watching the television. For those who like to watch the TV while in bed there are TV's in all of the bedrooms. Both formal and informal dining offers you plenty of space for a large group or more than one family sharing the home.
This home has a full sized crib along with bedding and a high chair so the youngest member of your family can also enjoy their stay here in Florida.
The home has a spa, and nice sized pool, ideal for relaxing in after a busy day at the parks or a day of shopping at one of the many local malls. The pool area is very private with a lovely lake view great for watching the local wild life. We have seen turtles, otters and several kinds of birds.

The pool and spa can be heated if required for an extra fee so that you can still enjoy them both even in the colder months, yes we do get some cold weather too occasionally.

The home is conveniently located close to a wide selection of different shops, restaurants and of course all the great theme parks and National parks Florida has to offer. Cocoa beach is less than an hour away, well worth a visit along with Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex offers the closest public viewing of launches from Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and there is nothing quite like it on Earth!
