About Kevin Dares
I am a New Orleans native who transplanted to Seattle in 2012 to be closer to my daughter. In 2013 my brother moved to the great North West and it has been non stop ever since. Life in Seattle has been a wonderful experience! Michael works for Amazon and I renovate the Castle, a historical 49 unit building that was constructed as a Hotel in 1918. I am in the process of a 5 year renovation to fully rework and restore every square inch of this beauty. We're looking forward to meeting every single person who comes across our path during this journey. See you soon!

This apartment is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to several different establishments and save on Uber rides.
This apartment was clean and well kept. The elevator is a once in a lifetime experience. How often to you get experience that much history?
Lovely historical flat!
This is such a cute apartment in a really unique building. Plenty of space with the comfy pull-out couch for those who need it. We loved the history of the building and that its integrity hadn’t been ruined by over modernization. Hosts were great at communicating and the neighbourhood was lively and fun but also quiet enough and felt very safe. Walking distance to virtually everything. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location for our cruise departure
This is a great location property for access to the Cruise terminal. It works well for 2 adults and 2 kids. Limited cooking utensils and frills in the kitchen. The downtown location is of course noisy with the bar located right across the street, but overall it was just what we needed.
It was good, the location was perfect but the surroundings are a litle weird...
Seattle Get Away!
We were thrilled to have such a cute apartment for our Seattle adventure. It met all our needs and was close to everything. I would stay here again. I also felt very safe walking around in the evening. There is a great coffee shop just a few seconds down the street with great bakery goods too.
Great location, nice place
