The studio has small refrigerator/freezer, microwave & keurig, full bed with comfortable linens, bath towels, dresser, leather recliner, small desk, roku TVs, cable and wifi. There is beautiful fully furnished shared kitchen if you choose to cook in or a gas grill and picnic area if you choose to cook out and enjoy a game of corn hole in the beautiful Reno sunshine. There is small raised bed garden with tomatoes and herb garden. The basement houses a laundry center with two washer/dryers as well as iron/board and individual locked storage. There are two cruiser bikes with locks for guest use. Off street parking. Located on quiet street in heart of booming Midtown district yet a couple blocks walk to the best restaurants, craft breweries, bars, shopping and all the midtown activities.
