This magnificent newly renovated 4 bedroom / 3 full bath single story home boasts over 2300 sq ft of living space. The floor plan allows for a quiet retreat accommodating multiple families. Bedrooms have been strategically placed at different corners of the home creating separate sanctuaries. A gourmet “cooks kitchen” is at the center of the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new stainless appliances and cookware – with endless upgrades.

Other features include a 73” flat screen SMART TV with Netflix and YouTube in living room; central air conditioning and heat; fireplace; dishwasher; washer and dryer in the unit; high ceilings throughout the entire house; full security system with monitored alarm; free high-speed wireless internet; 2 car garage; a fully enclosed private back yard with pebble tech salt water pool with fire pits and water falls; gas grill; charcoal grill; air mattresses; extra linens, blankets, pillows and towels…and much much more. The residence is non-smoking, although smoking is permitted outside. Families with infants and or children of all ages are welcome, however, the pool area is not fenced, so we discourage unattended toddlers and younger children swimming or to be unattended at anytime while in the backyard near or around the pool.

Rules: A damage/security deposit of $500 will be returned within 14 business days of departure if there are no damages or losses to the home. We inventory and inspect the home before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, gate openers,garage openers, etc. You will be charged for damage done to the home beyond normal wear and tear. You will also be charged for any violations to the homeowners rules.

Amazing home!
We loved our stay in Cathedral City. The home was gorgeous. The backyard a beautiful oasis. Everyone loved the pool area. The home was close to shopping, eating, and hiking. We highly recommend staying here.

Quiet neighborhood and pretty pool
This property is situated less than 15 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport in a quiet, small residential neighborhood. QUIET: For the duration of our stay, we didn’t see more than six people in the neighborhood. There is a school and neighborhood accessible field and track within easy walking distance. There was also another park or two within a 5 minute drive. The home is generously sized and the pool is the home’s unquestionably biggest asset. The home had plenty of linens, towels, blankets, etc. it also had solid furniture. The owner was reasonably responsive prior to our visit and even allowed us to have a package delivered the day we were arriving. While we had some initial problems with the pool, the owner and pool tech were responsive. Some things in the home gave the impression of maintenance and cleanliness laxity. For example, every bedroom had multiple missing or broken vertical blinds (we took some of the spare blankets to cover the windows). The bedroom carpets also felt worn and old, making some of the rooms feel dirty although they had clearly cleaned the unit prior to arrival. The home also felt a bit sparse...perhaps because some of the rooms are sizable, leaving lots of room even with the furniture in place, which may be good for those using blow up mattresses. If our son wasn’t an early riser, I’d have been quite upset about the yard service that arrived at 7:15am, worked for over an hour trimming bushes and mowing, and then leaving all bush trimmings that fell into the pool. Two things that would have been nice additions - a garage door opener for easier parking and lounge chairs for poolside relaxation.

In the heart of many local activities!
This property provided a great venue for a family gathering for the holidays or any time of year. The kids and grandkids loved the pool and hot tub and had fun playing games and going to the local attractions. I would recommend this rental to any extended family that needs multiple bedrooms and baths.

AMAZING!
Nora's place is gorgeous! The photos are entirely accurate, but still do not capture the true warmth of the home. Nora was supremely responsive - when we got there, the previous guests had lost an air mattress pump, so we couldn't inflate two or three of the ones remaining. We reached out to Nora, who let us purchase new mattresses from Costco and reimbursed us for the associated costs. A pool guy came through our first and third days and worked with us to make sure we knew how to use the pool. Furthermore, the house was comfortably climate-controlled, the beds (and the couch...!) all luxurious to rest and sleep on, and the area is quiet and serene. We spent a lot of time in the pool and in the kitchen - an amazing retreat! Would definitely stay again. As one of our group members put it, "Does anyone know anything about squatter's rights?"

This property was built in 2010, it is a very well kept home with brand new appliances and furniture. It is conveniently located near major supermarkets, shops, restaurants, casinos and golf courses. The house offers various amenities that will make your stay more relaxing and memorable. The private backyard is a great place to enjoy the sparkling salt-water pebble tech pool, which has waterfalls and fire pits built around it.
