Nestled amongst a stand of notorious Gary Oaks, Waterloo2 immerses you in the heart of a private, quiet garden sanctuary. Gaze into the trees and observe the acrobatic gray squirrels, traveling from branch to branch. Hear the melodic bird songs of local sparrows, robins, and swallows. Smell the lingering fragrance of the mature, well-kept garden and surroundings just outside your door. Waterloo2 is a very modern yet comfortable 1 Bedroom, 1 bath, plus TV lounge and kitchenette self contained suite. Outdoor patio space with dining table, allows you to soak up sun in the southern exposure.

This 315 square foot, well designed vacation rental suite features sleeping and sitting areas with modern furnishings, a well equipped kitchen, and a 3 piece bathroom. Waterloo2 is a self-catered accommodation, where you are free to set your own pace and make the most of your stay. Shared laundry facilities are available upon request.

On your arrival there will be a “starter kit” of healthy breakfast food items that you prepare yourself. Always included for your Waterloo2 stay are: selection of coffee and teas, all paper and soap products (excluding hair products), home made jams, sugar, oil and vinegar, and some spices. Fresh herbs are right outside your door during summer stays.

Whether you stay for a night, a weekend, a week, or a month, this beautiful, private garden suite contains everything you will need to ensure a fabulous and memorable stay.

Your hosts, Ron and Cathie, will welcome you with open arms, but there will be no need for awkward conversations and interactions. Your hosts will be available to offer recommendations on dining, attractions, shopping, and more!

Great stay in Victoria

I have absolutly enjoyed my 3 months in Victoria. I have great memories from my sojourn who will remain for a long time in my mind. This is in grand part due to my great conditions of living. This is a very nice 2 room independent suite.

I highly thank Ron and Cathie who are tremendous hosts and really great people. I would recomand this place for anyone.

Rejuvenating Time Away

We immensely enjoyed our stay and WILL be back. I can't say enough good things about this place! I almost don't want to tell everyone about this one for fear it becomes all booked up next time we want to visit! Hospitable hosts who allow you privacy in your own space overlooking a beautiful garden, complete with hummingbirds!. It's in a quiet area with ample parking. The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was... Not just cuz it's fairly new but cuz you can tell the hostess takes pride in it. There is a super comfortable queen bed, 2 reclining chairs with footstools, shower with new bar of soap, laundry hamper, kitchen area (she even had a few items there for our use like spices, coffee, tea, fruit, half dozen eggs, homemade jam and bread so we didn't have to rush to store), kitchen table and 2 chairs, covered deck with outdoor table and 2 chairs. Suite next door also has 2 chairs and table at other end of deck area which u could use if needed more seats. Oh and umbrellas cuz it's Victoria after all! We only needed to use them once though in our week long stay. By the way, we never heard our neighbor's. Heard a little bit of upstairs from hosts but hardly worth mentioning as wasn't very often. I would highly recommend this Waterloo Haven as your home away from home. Thanks to our generous host and hostess! Hope to see you again soon.

A first rate suite located on a quiet street and in a spectacular garden

The suite is located on a beatiful and quiet residential street. I've stayed there three times now because the accommodation is convenient and finished to very high standards. The hosts are friendly and extremely pleasant. I recommend this property very highly.
