This lovely 3 bedroom/2 bath home is located on Maui's beautiful North Shore within the Ha'iku Hill Agriculture Subdivision. This is a peaceful neighborhood with 2+ acre lots, upscale homes.

The interior design of the home is a modern with the touch of island lifestyle. Nice art work and decoration gives this home a comfortable and relaxing feeling.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, private bathroom with walk-in closet.

Both guest bedrooms have a queen bed and sliding doors to the covered lanai and a shared bathroom. Maximum occupancy is 6 including children 2 years and older.

The large kitchen with cooking island offers high end appliances and is equipped with everything a hobby chef needs for preparing wonderful meals.

An outside dining area, Gas BBQ, Jacuzzi, outside shower and lawn chairs are additional amenities to enjoy.

The home sits on the high end of the sloped property and overviews the fruit and flower plantation with a large variety of citrus trees, Avocado, Bread Fruit, Mango, Papaya, Lilikoi and Bananas. The country view to our dormant volcano Haleakala is majestic, often with beautiful rainbows.

For dining try the Haiku Marketplace, offering a variety of restaurants, grocery store, hardware and souvenir store and is only a couple of minutes drive away. Famous surf and windsurfing Ho’okipa Beach Park is only 5 minutes drive and about 10 min. to our plantation town Paia with boutiques and gourmet restaurants.

Ha'iku has a rural and agriculture character with mostly smaller farms and residential areas. Kiralani is located in the Haiku Hill subdivision which consists of properties 2+ acres in size most with upscale homes. A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The rodeo town Makawao and plantation town Paia are just a few minutes drive away with gourmet restaurants and boutiques. Beaches for sun bathing, swimming, surfing windsurfing and kite surfing can be all reached within 30 minutes drive. The road to Hana originating in Ha'iku takes you through rain forest along the coast with beautiful waterfalls.
