This comfortable and cozy condo is one of the best values on the mountain. Located just minutes from the slopes and Mountain Village means you and your family can walk and enjoy all that Durango Mountain Resort has to offer. The master bedroom offers a King Bed and attached bath with tub/shower combination, as well as a lovely view. There are two more bedrooms in this unit, one with a Queen and one with Two Twin Beds which could also be converted into a King Bed if preferred. The bathrooms have been updated with new fixtures and lighting. The living room enjoys stunning views and is open to the kitchen and dining area. There is a wood fireplace to get cozy by, as well as a queen sofa bed and a twin sofa bed for additional sleeping options. The kitchen is also updated with new appliances. A large dining table and countertop bar give everyone plenty of space to sit and enjoy a meal. End your day on the patio, complete with gas grill and space to sit and enjoy the amazing mountain views.

Easy 1st floor access. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable stay. Beautiful view. Convenient to Durango & Silverton RR train ride.

Everything was great…except there is an issue with the hot water. Hot water only in master shower…no cold water i that one at all. Very hot! Other than that no issues.

I'm familiar with the property having stayed there before. The access to the mountain and lifts is great. I was disappointed that one bathroom sink had a note saying it was leaking and not to use but DPRC was contacted. No one came to fix during our time there. We also had a dishwasher that didn't drain so we had to do all dishes by hand. I would have thought all maintenance would have been completed before renting it out to us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and although the condo units are older they have made some updates to this specific unit. We would stay here again!
