This platinum first floor Park Place condominium has been completely remodeled and is one of the most popular in-town condos. Ideally located in the heart of town for skiing and après-ski time, and loaded with all new high-end amenities – heated travertine floors and granite slab countertops, just to name a few!

LOCATION – Park Place could not be located in a more perfect setting. It sits at the pinnacle of it all in Breckenridge. Just down the street from the Snowflake Lift and just off the lower 4 O’Clock Run, so you can ski home (conditions permitting). The bus stop is only a few steps away, so choose where you want to go and within minutes, you can be on the shuttle headed towards your destination. To make things easier, Main Street is just a 0.2 mile walk, which means you are 5 minutes away from all the shopping and dining you can dream of.

AMENITIES – The family room has new furniture, a large flat screen TV, DVD player + DVD library, sound system, sleeper sofa and a gorgeous gas log fireplace. This condo has a beautiful kitchen with all stainless steel appliances accompanied by a dining room with seating for eleven. The master bedroom suite features a queen-size aspen log bed, flat screen TV and a separate vanity/shower room with a private washer and dryer. The second bedroom suite features a queen-size bed and a twin bunk bed, TV with DVD player and separate vanity/tub (shower) room. One must not forget about the two on-site hot tubs, as well as access to the heated outdoor pool and additional hot tubs at the Upper Village (off-site).

From the minute we arrived and were greeted by the front desk manager it was a great experience. The condo is really nice, modern, comfortable and has all the amenities you need. The beds and sofas are comfortable, the temperature controls are great. Each section of the condo has it's own controls so you can set them as you wish. The location is great, just a few feet from the blue river, main street and the 4 o'clock ski run (for mountain climbing)

Loved it!

If you understand the phrase "pride in ownership", then this is the place for you. The condo is nicely decorated and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy for us to prepare dinner every night. It is cozy but spacious enough for 5. I have to mention the heated floors; they are a very nice touch! It feels like a home away from home. The condo is also close to everything. It's just steps from the bus stop - a 5 min ride to the base of Peak 9. Or if you prefer to walk, it's an easy walk to the Snowflake lift. In the afternoon it's easy to ski down 4 OClock and walk across the street to the condo. Overall we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient condo to downtown Breckenridge with nice updates

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. We stayed in this unit for 2 weeks and loved the convenient access from condo to downtown. Kitchen & bathrooms were great! Management staff was helpful. Only thing we would change about our stay is we will bring our own pillows (but admittedly we are picky when it comes to pillows) next time. Would definitely book it again!

Great Location

Overall loved the unit...short walk to Main Street and free shuttle bus. Unit was very clean and comfortable, however the carpets are starting to show their age. Wish they provided additional bar soap, one small bar wasn't enough, kept moving it from the sink to the shower/bath.

Perfect BRECK location

Extremely well kept property at the base of the 4 o'clock run. Short walk to main shops & coffee. Visited Breck with my 2 sons and another mom and her son. Accommodations fitted us easily and nice to put boys in room with queen & bunk beds. Unit had clearly been updated and upgraded over the last few years. Location was ideal. We'd ski down the mountain for lunch and at end of day. Easy access to buses to get to lifts each morning. Highly recommend.
