This ideal two bedroom, two bath unit is Breckenridge at its Best! Wood floors, freshly painted interior, newly tiled bathrooms including granite counters, vessel sinks,beautiful steam shower, dish satellite tv and FREE wireless internet connection. Grand exterior renovation with all new exterior siding, open private balconies, new entrances and new big dining room windows.

Our unit is in Building A which has the best unobstructed views of town and Baldy Mountain. Our building does not overlook hot tubs, other units or other buildings. We also furnish a free parking permit pass (covered or uncovered)for your stay at our complex.

Located at the corner of Four O'Clock Road and Park Avenue, just one block from Main Street with all the shops and restaurants of historic Breckenridge. There are great views of town and Baldy Mountain from your private deck. Enjoy lunch or dinner sitting in the separate dining room which seats six looking at the views or enjoy a meal on the balcony with new table and chairs. There is also a seated bar area for three.

Walk, purchase lift tickets and ski from the Snowflake Ski Lift just 800 feet away and at the end of the day, ski all the way down Four O'Clock Run, cross the street and your at your building. Relax after a hard day on the slopes in one of the two on-site hot tubs, the unit's own steam shower or access to the Upper Village Pool (bubbled in the winter). Enjoy the shops and nightlife on Main Street only one block away.

The smoke-free complex is on the Free Shuttle/Town Trolley stop which can take you to the ski lifts or to the community Recreation Center which has a rock climbing wall, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts,skateboard park, gym and swimming pool with water slide. Serveral Ski Rental Shops are directly across the street.

This beautifully decorated and comfortable unit has Wireless Internet Connection, vaulted ceilings, a stonewall fireplace, two spacious bedroom suites, a steam shower, large private balcony and dining room. The unit was renovated with new leather furniture, carpet, wood floors, freshly painted interior and newly tiled bathrooms. Great location for walking to main street

Overall the condo was nice. Perfect location if you want to walk to main street, it's right across the street. Location to the snowflake lift is about a 10 minute walk UP HILL, I suggest taking the free shuttle especially if you're in ski boots! That walk to the lift is not fun! You can ski down on the Four O'Clock run and get down to the base then have to cross the street to get to the condo. Spring skiing the snow is very slushy at the very bottom so you may want to ski down just to the snowflake life and take the bus to the condo.

The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need for cooking, even a crock pot! Note the condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator. There are 2 hot tubs right outside the back steps but they are very small. You can take about a 5-10 minute walk and use the community pool and hot tubs that are much larger. Note you need a key card to get in there. The view out the living room looks over town but the master bedroom and the guest bedroom are dark with small windows that look onto the interior walking area of the condo. Wish the bedrooms had bigger windows or better views, but it's not like you spend much time in those rooms anyway.

Abby was wonderful and very easy to get in touch with if we had questions or problems. If you're looking for a reasonable priced, nicely decorated condo very close to town with easy bus access to the lifts this place is defiantly worth looking into.

Great stay in Breck!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Convenient location and great aesthetic feel to the condo. We also had a ton of snow in early April which was a nice surprise. We will stay here again!

We had a fantastic week in Breckinridge.

The condo was very clean and well appointed. The location could not have been better!! We walked everywhere and my boys had a blast snowboarding. I had one question about the WiFi when we got there and Abby picked up my call immediately And she was very helpful in answering a few questions we had about the town. Everyone in our group wants to go back. So much fun!!

Great place to stay for ski trip

Abby was very helpful before and during our trip, ensuring everything went smoothly. The location can’t be beat - literally 2 blocks away from main drag in Breck, across the street from ski rental, and a short walk up to base of Snowflake lift. At the end of the day, you ski to within a block of the condo at the end of 4 o’clock run. Great spot.
