This is a secluded suite with a courtyard view. It does not face onto the street, you can hear the sounds of the city when you are seated on the private terrace or in the courtyard Zen garden, but other than that it is very quiet. The suite offers a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.

The Zen Garden Suite is really well positioned, close to the Gates of Harmonious Interest (entrance to Victoria's Chinatown, the 2nd oldest Chinatown in North America) and adjacent to Victoria's Design District and just one block from the Victoria Public Market. Walk just 3 blocks and you're at a Victoria Harbour Ferry Stop on the Upper Harbour, adjacent to the Canoe Brew Pub. There's lots of interesting shopping too, at places like Capital Iron, Chintz's Eclectic Furniture and the shops in Market Square. All in all, this is one of the most interesting areas of Victoria in which to stay.

Cancellation Policy
Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates.
Our cancellation policy states that, "should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee."
We recommend you consider trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation.
We are required to charge taxes on all reservations. If your stay however is one month plus one night (or more) taxes are exempt.
We accept Visa or Master Card, and if you have a Canadian bank account we gladly accept payment via e-transfer.
