We fell in love with the wide open spaces this condo has. The floor to ceiling windows bring in plenty of sunlight. The views of the mountains and being able to watch people ski/board down the runs is amazing. We have the ability to sleep a crowd comfortably, which is great with our family. We have fully equipped the kitchen with pots, pans, blender, crock pot, coffee maker, skillet, waffle iron, basically just about everything you could want in a second kitchen. The 4 queen beds are all memory foam with bamboo sheets and micro fleece blankets. There are 2 flat screen TV's with DVD players, the upstairs one also has a Wii and games. The loft has a ping pong table as well as chairs for relaxing upstairs. The family room has a regular sized leather couch as well as a 15 foot long couch and the big Love Sac. The dining room table has chairs for 8 with additional seating for 4 at the bar. Stainless appliances keep the kitchen looking modern and fresh. The bathrooms boast vessel sinks and granite counter tops. The unit also has a full sized front loader washer and dryer. The walk in panty makes me wish that I had it in my home, there is even a funky little room in it that we have a twin sized inflatable bed in. The living area has a gas fireplace. Attached parking in the 2 single car garages keep your vehicles out of the snow.

Walk directly across the street and you are at the mall area and Giant Steps chair lifts.

Whether its summer or winter you are right where all the action is. A quick walk is all it takes. No need to even go anywhere to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July or the torch-lite parade for New Years eve. We now have wifi available as well.

What makes this condo unique

Our family vacations here year round! We love to get out of the Vegas heat in the summer and come to mountain bike ride, while the fall brings the turning of the leaves- you have never seen such color! Winter brings the sledding, skiing, snowboarding are a few of our favorite things to do.

Spacious and comfortable

Thank you for opening your home for travelers, since that's how it felt, like staying at a friend's place. Modern, spacious, neat and clean, everything I could have hoped for. All the conveniences in the well stocked kitchen, including knives that cut! We've stayed in many ski condos and this was by far the nicest. Convenient to Brian Head resort, across the road from the pizza place and little grocery (although the condo had everything from tin foil to ziplock bags so we didn't need to shop for the little things we forgot). Having the garage was nice since it snowed a bit. One thing I did not know were the stairs up to the place, 2 flights. Luckily the stairs are carpeted, wide and not super steep, even so, it was tough the first day for us sea level folks to haul everything up. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids, it kept them off their devices for hours. I would definitely stay there again!

Another Great Family Retreat (January 13-15, 2018)

Our family love, love, loves, this condo!!! We’ve been using this unit annually for our family reunion for the past five (5) years. All the amenities for a home sweet home are inside this unit. From the cleanliness of the bed sheets, towels, carpet, to the large cooking and social areas.

If you’re looking for a great place to relax and enjoy a warm home away from home, this is the unit of choice. If you prefer to take in the outdoor snow, park your car in the attached garage and literally walk to the slopes just across the unit. You’ll never have to start your car until you’re ready to end your vacation.

The Good and The Bad

We stayed in Brianhead from 1/7-1/11 with two other families who stayed in Loft condos as well.

Pro: The location is fantastic. The great steps lift and tubing is right across the street, you can easily walk there. The shuttle picks up right in front of the condos and will take you to the Navajo lift or anywhere else along the 143. The layout of the condo is great, and the kitchen has anything that you will need to cook a meal. Having two garages is very helpful to unload and keep the car warm when it was snowing. It had a grill and Wi-Fi. The beds were comfortable. Satellite TV with very limited channels and good DVD selection for kids and adults. Owners were very responsive when contacted.

Cons: The condo needs some TLC. When we walked around we noticed that the overall cleanness was very low. Unfortunately, you could not chalk it up to the busy season. Walls throughout the condo were dirty. The upstairs toilet had stains in the bowl and urine on the seat. The microwave and oven were filthy. There were crumbs and other items all over the carpet, I don’t think it was vacuumed before we arrived. The fans/vents were covered in dust; the blinds and windowsills were dirty as well. There were cracks all over the walls and water damage stains on the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. We even ran out of toilet paper and had two borrow some from our friends. Our white socks were dirty on the bottom from just walking around the condo. We had to wipe down many places with Clorox wipes when we arrived since we have two young children. At first I thought maybe we were being two judgmental, but once we went to the other two loft condos we knew that it was not us. Our friend’s condos were well kept and clean, and they were only a little bit more a night. The most troubling part of this is that on top of the daily rate, we paid a cleaning fee. That fee should ensure that the condo is clean. That is how much we pay our housekeeper every time she comes, and our home is spotless when we come home. If this was a hotel we would have demanded a new room and a credit. Also, when the cleaning guy showed up he had a laundry basket of only sheets. It made us wonder if the blankets were clean.

If the condo had deep cleaning, some paint, and new flooring it would be worth the price. The current condition of the condo is not worth what is being charged.

Owner's Response: I do feel the need to write a response to this review. The carpets were cleaned this summer, I ask people to not wear shoes off of the tile since it is so light. So not sure why that seemed dirty. You were there in the height of the busiest time of the season. Renters there almost every night for weeks before and after. There are usually at least 3 rolls of toilet paper left in each bathroom, which would be more than one roll per day. I have a whole locked closet outside of the unit that is full of sheets, blankets towels etc. Not one of these concerns was brought up to me during or after your stay. I am quite sure that every single listing on VRBO has a cleaning fee, It is also VERY hard to find reliable cleaning people to drive up the mountain to clean. Most cleaning fees are more than I charge which I subsidize. I do think that a fresh coat of paint would be ideal and its on the list for this summer. A cost of about 2000 and wish me luck finding a decent painter that's willing to drive up to work. I have had it scheduled and them not show up. The cracks on the walls are in every single unit in the complex due to the settling and poor workmanship when the condos were built. I contacted the renter just after your stay that is a many time return renter to ask him if I needed to drive right up to check on things. The following was his response. "Your place was no where near dirty let alone filthy. I found it to be be very well kept and nothing out of the ordinary since the first time Ive been there in 2015. The carpet was clean as always and no dirty stains or spots. Im sorry that you received a bad review and Id love to leave a counter review to their comments. As always Ann I have no complaints to your condo."

2nd time, still great

Hard to beat such a big place directly across from the lifts. Wide/spacious kitchen and living room. Actually there is plenty of room everywhere, but those two rooms have the high ceilings that make it feel more spacious. There was eight of us and we all slept well and never felt crowded. In addition, Ann is a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.

Would love to stay here again.
