The “Garden Suite" is a purpose built, spacious, unstaffed, self-contained guest suite/apartment, with a separate private entrance and contactless self check-in via a lockbox.

The suite accommodates two adults and features a queen bed (in an open plan space), double bed (in a bedroom), living and dining room spaces, bathroom, kitchen, laundry and private garden courtyard with outdoor dining setting.

Located in Kenmore, in Brisbane's leafy inner western suburbs, we are conveniently situated just 10km from Brisbane's CBD, whilst being enviably positioned to benefit from the surrounding beauty and tranquility of the Cubberla Creek Reserve. We are within walking distance of a number of popular cafes and award winning restaurants, close to public transport (300m to bus and 3km to train) and just 21km from Brisbane's domestic and international airports.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

*We accommodate up to 2 adults 21yrs and older. Children are not accommodated at this property.

*Checkin/checkout times are non-negotiable due to pre-scheduled housekeeping services and room preparation time restraints between bookings.

*We do not accommodate pets - no exceptions. The property interior is carpeted.

*This property is for the use of those guests booked to stay. Visitors are not permitted on the property grounds, or in accommodation at any time. Guests who violate this condition will have their reservation cancelled and be asked to leave. Additional charges will apply, where any non-guests have found to have been on the property utilising our facilities.

Beautiful apartment in quiet location
This lovely apartment in suburban Brisbane was a perfect place for us to stay for a family gathering nearby. The apartment was immaculate with all mod cons for a very comfortable stay, and very reasonably priced for such a great place. The owner, Kelly, was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We can’t recommend this place highly enough, and we would have no hesitation staying there again. Thanks Kelly for a wonderful stay. Keith and Glenda, Wollongong.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property for it's proximity to the city and local schools and for it's location in a heavily treed, peaceful suburb, within walking distance of numerous cafes, restaurants, parks and walking trails.

Our property is recently renovated, with purpose renovated guest accommodation, creating in effect, two homes within a home. We are set up to afford complete privacy and autonomy to both host family and our valued guests.

What makes this property unique

Walk to numerous cafes and restaurants one end of the street and picturesque creekside walking trails the other end of the street. Our property is effectively two homes in one - giving both host family and guests complete privacy and autonomy. Guests can come and go easily, with the convenience of contactless self check-in and your own private entry. We're just a call away for any questions... otherwise we like to get on with our days and leave guests to their space and privacy, to do the same.
