Come relax at our 'Seaside Sea-Esta'.

Ideal location with easy beach access. This inside corridor condo offers great views from a private balcony . The Unit is located 4th from the front row in the west wing of Casa Del Mar Condominiums and is directly across from the beach and 61st St. Fishing Pier. Perfect for a family weekend or a couple's weekend getaway.

The condo features everything you need for an enjoyable weekend, including a kitchen with granite counter-tops, refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, dishes, Keurig coffeemaker, and microwave. BBQ grills and 2 pools (one heated in winter) are located on the premises. There are elevators and luggage carts for your convenience. Short walking distance to Walmart and McDonald’s is across the street.

Televisions -1 smart TV in living room & 1 regular TV in bedroom.
Ceiling fans -1 in bedroom & 1 in living room.
USB ports - kitchen, living room, dining area, & bedroom.

Rates are based on 4 guests. Additional guests will be $10 per night per guest.
Free wireless internet.
The condo has a key-less electronic lock for easy private access.
Complimentary coffee, creamer & sweeteners.
Parking for up to 2 vehicles.

PS: Casa Del Mar condominiums charges a $40 parking fee, for duration of stay. This fee is required to be paid at the front desk in the lobby at time of check in. Credit card only.

Great space - Great location
This property was perfect for our stay! Perfect size and location. The condo was very clean, as was the entire condo property. Staff was friendly. There were many amenities in condo which was very helpful, as we did not have to buy as much for our stay.

Fabulous Spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Sitting on the deck, you can watch the ocean waves rolling onto the shore. There’s a light at the corner so it’s safe crossing to get the beach easily. The accommodations and grounds are well kept and the pools were lovely. Thanks so much!

Perfect home away from home retreat!
Enjoyed this property for a 2 night stay (we wish it had been longer)! Awesome location along the seawall with a great view! Right across the street from the 61st St Fishing Pier and close to restaurants and a grocery store. The heated pool was a great feature on a cool night and our kids loved this and the cozy bunks offered in the condo. All the little things had been thought of right down to board games and puzzles, coffee and creamer. It was well equipped with all we needed to cook some simple meals. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again or recommend to anyone we know travelling to Galveston! Thanks for the great stay!

EXCELLENT
Today is our last morning in the condo and we are sad to go. What a FANTASTIC a place to stay. Condo is perfect and has everything you need for a stay. The location is great and the view from the condo is beautiful. Spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean. The beach is right across the street. The owner are easy to deal with and answered questions properly. We had zero issues and would HIGHLY recommend this unit.

Hi, we are Cass and Cynthia and we live in the Houston area. We purchased this condo in 2013, because we love the beach and enjoy spending family time at the beach. We enjoy traveling and exploring new places. Galveston is only a 45 minute drive from Houston and holds many unique and historical qualities. One of the primary reasons we bought this condo, was location, location, location. We love being directly across from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants, shopping and fishing (Cass’ favorite pastime). We rent our condo out, in hopes of other people getting as much enjoyment from it as we do. We invite you to stay with us.
