This is a lovely BEACHFRONT holiday home in Abbey, the premier part of Busselton. You have ocean views and can walk across the road to the best beach in Geographe Bay. Swimming fishing snorkelling, surfing and boating are all 25 metres across the road.
All of the tourist attractions of the area are close by and conveniently situated, including Dunsborough, Margaret River, Yallingup and the capes coast.
The wineries, vineyards, restaurants and tourist activities are nearby.

We do NOT accept 'leavers' bookings. Long weekends have a 3 night minimum stay. Easter has a 4 night minimum stay.
Dogs must NOT be 'yappers', 'barkers' or 'howlers'. We have an absolute commitment to neighbours' peace & quiet. Inside dogs have special conditions.
Bed linen & towels can be provided ($25 per bed used). This is OPTIONAL. You can bring your own. Please advise us when enquiring about a booking.

Idyllic location
We had an amazing stay being so close to the pristine beach and perfect weather. The bed was comfortable and the fresh linen very welcome. The house was older but clean and comfortable. All in all a very pleasant stay

Open the doors and windows and you are on the beach, air flows beautifully through. Step over the road to the beach.
