A covered outdoor lounge with built in settee and porch ceiling fan makes for an ideal breakfast corner. Full patio furniture, including an outdoor dining table and chairs and 4 chaises longues are at your disposal. There is a built in stone charcoal barbecue for your oceanside grills.
The villa offers a beach front master suite with king size bed, en suite bathroom finished in Mexican ticul red granite, a second beachfront bedroom with queen size bed and a third studio bedroom with a futon with sea views and its own private terrace, also with sea views.
Downstairs, an open plan area includes a spacious fully equipped kitchen with brand new 20 cubic feet fridge and electric stove, as well as an electric ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender and electric kettle.
