About the property

3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom With Mountain View In Winter

This is our vacation condo that has been remodeled and new furnishings and granite counter tops added. It sleeps 6: king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds. It is fully stocked to make sure your stay is comfortable. Full kitchen with all the appliances and amenities. Linens and towels are provided. This is a 2nd floor condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bathroom is connected to the master bedroom. The second bathroom is in the hallway outside the 2 other bedrooms. Our condo overlooks Mt. Cranmore which is visible during winter months and lit up at night. Please note, this is a non-smoking unit.

There is a well-maintained Olympic size outdoor swimming pool with new outdoor furniture and tennis courts, even a basketball net and area to play. This condo is a short drive to downtown and has many activities nearby for all seasons. The hills in the backyard are great for little ones sledding and playing or tackle the larger hills behind the condos across the street (a short walk). We do have a cleaning service that thoroughly cleans between guests' stays. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00am.

North Conway is a great area for winter skiing (cross-country and down hill), snowshoeing, snow-boarding, sledding and many other winter activities. Summer offers camping, hiking, canoeing, golf among many other activities. Fall foliage in this area is amazing to see. Check your foliage calendar for expected peak times. You may see fox, bear and even moose sightings. This area is great of families, romantic getaways and friends excursions. There are numerous excellent dining opportunities here, shopping, hiking, golf, train rides-downtown, parks, and many different events going on in town. Everyone can find something to excite them in North Conway!

Attention Summer renters- Please note that our condo is located within the Northbrook Condominiums. Our condo association does not allow central a/c or a/c window units. We have 3 brand new portable a/c units placed in the bedrooms that should cool adequately and many fans that are helpful if the weather is hot. Usually, the weather turns warm for a short period and cools off quickly. Warm temperatures can occur anytime during the month in July and August.

Payments - We break down payments into two installments. The first being due at the time of the reservation. A reminder for the 2nd payment will be emailed to you automatically by VRBO about 3 weeks prior to arrival. It will include a due date which is two weeks prior to your arrival. Please note that VRBO does not keep a record of your first payment’s credit card information. You will need to provide that information again when you make your second payment. For guests renting less than 3 weeks from your arrival, your entire amount will be due at booking. Please email me if you have any questions.

Acceptable Payments - We only accept credit card payments with VRBO and Paypal. All rental quotes will include a $59 non-refundable insurance fee which covers $1,500 of accidental damage that may occur with no deductible amount. A refundable $200 deposit is also included for damages that may not be covered by the insurance. For your protection, VRBO maintains possession of the $200 deposit and automatically returns it to you 7 days after departure if there is no damage reported by the owner. I will NOT accept money orders, personal checks, echecks or bank cashier’s checks. Please do not inquire about sending me a check as you will be deleted as spam from my inquiries. I’m sorry about this, but it’s become a common scam with perpetrators.
