Semi-secluded 3 Bed, 2 bath Family Villa with Pool & Gardens

This wonderful villa is situated on Urb. Don Pedro, one of the best Urbanisations in Estepona. It offers well maintained tranquil accommodation perfect for families with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 furnished with a Kingsize bed (150cm) and the 3rd with twin beds which may be zipped together to make a 180cm bed. Each room contains built in cupboards. There is also a fold-up bed that can be added to the twin room as well as a cot and high chair.
There are 2 bathrooms, a lounge/dining area with quality furniture and 37 inch satellite TV with Blu-ray player.
A kitchen furnished with an American style fridge/freezer, double oven, 4-burner gas hob, washer/dryer and dishwasher. From the sink there are also panoramic views of the western Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the North African coast. With a terrace offering shade from the sun complete with 6 seater teak table, a fridge for your drinks and a BBQ. The terrace also provides access down to the 8 metre x 4 metre swimming pool with steps providing easy access to the water. Around the pool is a sunbathing area with sunloungers, umbrellas, an outside shower and toilet. Sunlounger and seat cushions are contained in the terrace storage unit.

Please Note that the villa is situated within a residential area and there are strict noise controls. The villa is NOT suitable for party groups and the police WILL be called if noise exceeds limits.

Shopping and Browsing: Estepona marina with it's pretty shops, bars and restaurants is close by and the typically Spanish Estepona Old Town is 5 minutes away. Puerto Banus and Marbella are 20 minutes away with their exclusive boutiques and department stores. Open-air markets are extremely popular, and they include Puerto Banus (Saturday), Sabinillas (Sunday morning), Sotogrande (Sunday afternoon), and Estepona (Wednesday).
Enjoy all the busy life of Estepona and come back to the peace and tranquillity of Casa Lechuza.

Selwo Park: Just 12 kms away, about 10mins by car, is the Selwo Adventure park with it's lions, giraffes, zebra and other animals. Take a safari and see the animals roaming free.

For your comfort. Air-conditioning units are installed in each bedroom.

A High Chair and Cot can be requested for use, free of charge. However, renters should provide their own linen for the cot (60 x 120cm).

Great digs
Exactly as advertised. Lots of room and privacy. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. The pool was a great touch. Made my day to have a swim everyday. Green space within the yard. Close to a couple reasonable supermarkets. Access to downtown Estepona is an hours walk or a five minute drive. Nice town; lots to see and do. Numerous small places to stop for tapas and a drink. Highly recommend Casa Lechuza!! Thanks Martyn

Villa in estepona
Villa itself is basic but very clean outside area is lovely couldn’t get our son out of the pool. Burger King, chemist and supermarket within 5 min walk. If you cross over the rd and walk between nudist resort and hotel and turn left you can walk along the beach all the way to the port with restaurants and bars. Would have been nice if someone had greeted us at villa and told us about local area as we only realised we could walk all the way down a couple of days before leaving. Martin was great with communication though.

Super Kontakt, Haus leider nicht
Für den Kontakt mit Martyn und Maria geben wir volle Punktzahl. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und es lief alles reibungslos. Leider entspricht der Zustand des Hauses nicht den im Internet abgebildeten Darstellungen. Diese müssen schon etwas älter sein. Wir hätten das Haus nicht , vor allem nicht für den Preis gebucht, wenn wir aktuelle Bilder gesehen hätten. Positiv ist zu vermerken, dass alles vorhanden ist, was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Allerdings haben wir das Geschirr, was wir benutzen wollten, erst einmal gereinigt. Wir haben auch ansonsten nur den Wasserkocher und den Kühlschrank genutzt. Die Küchenausstattung ist Top, allerdings hatte der Backofen alte Fettablagerungen. Außen und Innen ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommenen. Klar ist, das sich so ein Mietobjekt abnutzt, aber hier besteht doch Sanierungsbedarf in allen Räumen, vor allem in den Bädern. Auf der Terrasse , die man schön gestalten könnte, standen ein ausrangierter Kühlschrank und alles wirkte sehr ungemütlich. In dem abgebildeten Vorraum waren ein Zustellbett und Kindermöbel abgestellt, eher wie eine Abstellkammer, kein einladender Empfang. Die Möbel und die Ausstattung waren leider auch nicht ansprechend. Die Gittertür zur Terrasse ließ sich nur halb öffnen. Wir haben es sein lassen und sind dann durch die Küchentür nach draußen gegangen. Wir haben den direkten Vergleich mit einem gleich ausgestatteten Tophaus, das wir im letzten Jahr zur gleichen Zeit in Torrox für den halben Preis gemietet haben.
