We are proud to be able to offer you some of the finest lodging in Vancouver. This luxurious 1300 SF Olympic Village furnished condo is located in a high rise on False Creek with stunning views from every room. It features a 400 square foot wrap around balcony with a fantastic panoramic view of the Park, False Creek and downtown Vancouver. Situated next to a park and waterfront it is tucked away from the city bustle with unobstructed views from every window.

Bright, open & airy define this space with over height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and an open concept layout.

The condo is modern, spacious and fully equipped - perfect for a family holiday or a busy executive looking for a quiet, conveniently located work space.

Top of the line finishings throughout include designer fixtures, Eggersman cabinetry, Sub Zero fridge & Miele stainless appliances, a gas range, granite counter tops, and soft-closing cupboards.

The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the suite, each with their own private access to the balcony, and private balcony seating. Queen beds in each bedroom have top-of-the line mattresses with memory foam topping and luxurious sheets and duvets. The master bedroom features a wall mounted smart TV, a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with his and her sinks, bathtub and shower. Bathroom amenities, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.

The bedrooms have personal audio system alarm clocks (docks for ipod or iphone) and LED lighting for comfortable night time reading.

There is a large flex room converted to an office space with a custom built desk and shelving.

The wrap around balcony has two seating areas with comfortable deck furniture and a stainless steel webber gas barbeque. Enjoy the morning sun on the east side and gorgeous sunsets on the west.

The living room has a leather couch and two unique swivel chairs that fold into a chaise for relaxing or twin beds for sleeping.

The unit is equipped with a 47' 3D Smart TV Blu-ray Disc/DVD player (including movies and 4 3D glasses), fibre optic high speed Internet, and a compendium of modern appliances (blender, wok, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, tassimo coffee maker etc) for the imaginative cook.

The condo is a hypo-allergenic environment designed to provide a better night’s sleep for all guests, especially allergy sufferers. Hypo-allergenic mattress & pillow encasings provide a better night’s sleep. All detergent and cleaning supplies are fragrance free. Pets and smoking are strictly not allowed.

There is convenient in-suite laundry, a fitness center, and an interior courtyard with a children's playground. Guests have private access to Club Millennium, which includes an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna/steam room.

Underground parking is provided for one vehicle.

The condo is situated beside 6 acres of green space and a waterfront urban plaza abound with local eateries, grocery stores, and shopping venues. It is just steps from the Creekside Community Centre, Science World, Roger's Arena, BC Place, Edgewater Casino, the Sea Wall, Granville Island, downtown Vancouver and public transportation by bus, skytrain or seabus.

Situated in Olympic Village, it has more green building innovations than any other residential development -- which is why it is touted as the 'greenest neighbourhood on the planet.' The condo has extraordinary sustainability features. To keep it cool, a cooling system utilizes cross ventilation from the surface water of the ocean. SunShades on the extended deck automatically raise and lower to maintain temperature. The roof has been designed to capture and divert rainwater into large underground cisterns, providing 'recycled' water for use in toilet flushing.

We loved the condo, it was very spacious & comfortable & the views from the wrap around balcony were beautiful. After a full day of shopping, sightseeing and having fun on the rides at the PNE or waterslide park, all of the amenities that the condo provided is exactly what we needed to end the day. Our granddaughter loved her room, loved the big bath tub as well as the huge walk in shower. We have recommended this place for their next visit to Vancouver to several family & friends & everyone loves the place with plans to stay at the condo & we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect accommodation!

We have visited Vancouver over a dozen times and rented Downtown at least 9 of those times. Although we lived Coal Harbour and Yaletown as our base the Olympic Village location on this trip beat them all, and in particular this apartment.

The accommodation is spotless, everything functions as it should, plenty of high quality towels, dishes, appliances and first class linens on wonderful beds.

The wrap around balcony was used every day and most importantly at night where it offered fantastic views of Downtown paired with a sunset glow.

Close to the best coffee shop for pastries - Terra Breads and an Urban Fayre and excellent wine/beer store.

We had an early evening meal twice, at Steel Toad taking advantage of their Happy Hour offers up to 17.30 and enjoyed the food as much as we did 3 years ago when they opened.

So close to the Sky Train and Aquabus, getting Downtown was a breeze and we walked to the cruise terminal from the apartment along the sea wall and it offers great views all the way.

We would return to this apartment in a heartbeat. Great dealing with Sandy who certainly knows how to present a rental property

Great city, great location, great time

The property is exactly how pictures show it. It's a great apartment with everything that's needed to accommodate a week to longer term. We stayed a month and enjoyed every moment of our time. The location is the best -- everything is convenient and all you need is within a 5 minute walk; groceries, drug store, coffee shop, large selection of restaurants, water taxi, train. Olympic Village is incredible! The unit has everything needed for a home away from home. Kitchen is well equipped from making a cup of coffee to cooking a meal. We enjoyed the balcony...view is great. Beds are comfortable and having washer and dryer was convenient. The apartment is airy and bright, sometimes a bit too bright for us late risers, however, a sleeping mask takes care of that!! The owners are super responsive and provide all information. Great to deal with. Overall this is a great apartment in a great location in a great city!!!

Great Location!

My husband and I stayed with our son and his girlfriend for 9 nights. We were in Vancouver for our daughter's wedding. On our arrival, Sandy was there to give us a walk through. The condo was great! Very up to date and clean. It had everything we needed. We were close to shopping, restaurants, the seawall, Granville Island - very convenient location. We had some trouble with the TV in the bedroom but Sandy's husband helped us right away. Very quick to respond.

We would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended 2 BR with downtown views

Our family of 4 spent a week at Sandy's immaculate condo. Very clean and uncluttered. Great location just across the river from downtown - perfect as it was convenient but quiet. 2 Starbucks within 2-3 block walk. Close to everything - especially Science Center / Chinatown. Whole foods market a couple blocks away. Secured parking and building... Will love to book again in the future. Keys were handled via KeyCafe ( keys get picked up at nearby coffee shop ). Owner was great to work/communicate with. Thanks Sandy!
