Family time
We loved this property! Will definitely stay again. The views are beautiful! The property is beautiful! The game room was a huge hit! Next visit will be in summer so we can do more than look at that lake. Great jumping off spot for our daughter’s graduation from U Maine. Thank you for providing great memories!

The perfect home for a family vacation
Our family & kids had the most amazing summer vacation at this home. It is stunning and very clean. The view of the water and sunrise was gorgeous! The water temp was perfect and the lake was very quiet for most of our stay. The kids had an absolute blast playing on the water trampoline. This house came with most of the essentials we needed in the kitchen, and plenty of clean towels & linens. The bunk house across the way was the perfect spot to end our night with s'mores and drinks around the fire. The bedrooms upstairs have no AC and get VERY hot so best to open up windows in the evening when the temps cool off.

Tastefully updated lake house
Adam has a wonderful place on a very quiet and peaceful lake. The house is updated and has a relaxing vibe. The gas fireplace is perfect for cold nights. Our kids loved the game room and the cool bunk room (detached from the main home). The lake and mountains in the backdrop are extremely beautiful and if you are lucky to have a great sunset, it’s quite the bonus. The water trampoline had plenty of usage from the kids. Plenty of fish to be had if you want to do some fishing. There is also a fire pit by the water in case you want to stay warm between dips in the water (the water is quite cold). WiFi was great to do work and watch apps on the devices/Smart TV in the basement. The only things that would make the stay better are a dishwasher and good firewood. The firewood is wet and moldy. Overall, our stay was very fun and I would recommend it to anyone. Adam has a special place on Boyd Lake!

My name is Adam Carofano. I live in South Portland, Me with my daughter Dylan. I built this lakehouse from the ground up in 2016. We love spending time on the lake more than anything. But we are very busy with sports and other activities. So we've decided to share the place we love so much with other people:)
