About Bronwyn Douglas Pedano

My family has been a part of The Sonoita Valley for over 50 years. We originally owned what is now called The Vera Earl Cattle Ranch. The family decided to sell the cattle ranch, but keep about 250 acres so that we could still enjoy the beauty of the area!

Bronwyn Douglas Pedano purchased this house in 1950

Why Bronwyn Douglas Pedano chose Sonoita

It is nestled in amongst beautiful oak trees with both views of the Santa Rita mountains and the beautiful valley to the East.

Old ranch house surround by nature & quiet. Perfect place for friends and I to relax and unwind.

  • 5 of 5

Owners were quick to reply and answer any questions. I didn't have any problems and trip exceeded my expectations. My friends and I were here for 6 weeks and had a great time. House perfectly met my needs. Lots to see and do, I recommend Kartchner Caverns, Bisbee, Patagonia Audubon, and hiking galore. It is only 1 hour to Tucson so while but a bit of a drive 'town' things easily accessible.

Beautiful location!

  • 5 of 5

Perfect house for a group of friends to enjoy the wineries of Sonoita. Great sunroom to relax in the evening and great outdoor patio for morning coffee. Beautiful views, great bird watching and we saw a deer with her baby out in the fields. We brought our 11 month old and her pack and play fit just fine in the master bathroom (away from the noise of mommy and daddy's snoring).

Like Coming Home!

  • 5 of 5

The house was darling and in a gorgeous setting. It was relaxing just to walk in and sit down. We were in the area for a family wedding. When the adjacent casita was accidentally double booked (by us and another renter), the owners paid for 2 rooms at the nearby Sonoita Inn so that our entire extended family were staying as close as possible and kept our inconvenience at a bare minimum. We felt they did everything in their power to make it right. We would love to return for a vacation!
