I’ve rented the property for the past 7 years. It is perfect for a getaway in nature.
I’ve have a great experience every year. Not many places where you can hear coyotes & owls must nights. Many friends come to visit & escape winter for a bit. I enjoy the solitude & calm. There are tons of activities within an hours drive. Owners are responsive and it feels like a home.,

Perfect getaway
The property has everything! We were rained in and couldn’t have been happier. It is incredibly cozy and comfortable, with lots of windows to enjoy the wide open space. The four adults and one dog felt right at home.

My family has been a part of The Sonoita Valley for over 50 years. We originally owned what is now called The Vera Earl Cattle Ranch. The family decided to sell the cattle ranch, but keep about 250 acres so that we could still enjoy the beauty of the area!

Why they chose this property

It is nestled in amongst beautiful oak trees with both views of the Santa Rita mountains and the beautiful valley to the East.
