A Luxuriously Decorated Brand New, 1 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bathroom Beachfront Condominium in Bucerias.

Ideally located on the beach.The unit is on the 1st floor overlooking landscaped lawn and a beautiful pool.

The Azul condos are situated in a quiet neighborhood of the town, but within walking distance of some of fine restaurants local, artisan crafts shops and Mexican outdoor markets. Property is gated, with 24 hours security. The living room opens with sliding doors to a comfortable balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped and living areas are newly decorated. You certainly will enjoy from the balcony an interesting array of beach and ocean activities, topping the evenings with beautiful sunsets. Note, that the unit is fully equipped with ceiling fans and air-condition. TV and Internet are available. The complex features a gym and parking is private and secure.
