A Great Location Five Miles From Major Theme Parks

A clean modern 3 bedroom townhouse/apartment conveniently located right off the US Interstate 192. The drive into the Main Gate to Disney is only five miles away on 192 West.

The unit is equipped with a full kitchen and all its accessories. It is also one or two miles away from major restaurants, and shopping centers. Both Target and Walmart are less than five minutes away.

The Club Cortile association offers a clubhouse, with Internet/Wi-Fi access. An exercise gym for use by the Club Cortile guests, a large quite pool, a picnic area, and a children playground.

This townhouse has a master suite with a King-size bed. A queen-size bed in one of the bedrooms, and two twin beds in the third bedroom.

WiFi and Cable TV are available. A Washer and a dryer are also available inside the unit.



The unit's back yard has a patio overlooking a grassy field and trees (see Photo).

10 week stay in Kissimmee condo
Property needs some updating and repairs. Kitchen equiped for short stays but needs some additions for longer stays. We needed to buy a can opener, bigger coffee maker and electric fry pan. Stove elements and kitchen tap need to be replaced/repaired but they are in workable condition(barely) so we did not complain to owner while we were there.

Our stay was lovely. When we first walked in it smelled like they just cleaned it. Bleach and clorax scented. They had a pool, washer and dryer, ironing board, hair dryer as advertised. California king bed for master and queen for the second two twins for the third. There were small things we settled for that we didnt mind. Its an apt. Not a house so you have to checkin everytime to get in teh complex but the host were excellent 👌 at being reached and are willing helpful. There is cable in every room not a smart tv but it made the famliy closer watching old movies together.The only thing we didnt like, no fault to the host, was that the ceiling were to thin. The updtair nieghbors started their night at 10:30pm. Just waited a bit maybe til 1am and you will sleep fine. Lastly the tolites sat pretty low. Not a huge deal. Aside from those two things we had a great time. The best part about staying here was its in the best location. So close to the parks and the street full of activities to do. Near sam club and food trucks. I was so glad avoiding traffic in the morning and night as we traveled around and enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely stay again. Its sleeps 5-6 comfortably. Its not a theme house so im not disappointed in the decor. All the basic needs are provided. 4.7stars

Incredible location
I don’t even know where to begin. This apartment was just like the pictures and even better! It is located right on plaza Santa Cruz, a historic area by the gardens and just a 5 minute walk from the Alcazar. We were within a few minutes walk to everything Sevilla had to offer. The apartment is clean and spacious with three bedrooms all with their own private bathroom. It is quiet and very peaceful. The staff at Genteel Home who manage the property are very responsive and had great recommendations. We felt so fortunate to have found this apartment and hope to be back soon.

Nice stay, absolutely loved it!!
Place is maintained clean and the check in process was smooth. We went with one more family and we absolutely loved the home, community and the location. Lake view back of the apartment is amazing. Many good eating places near by and felt safe. Always received prompt responses with in few minutes.
