Family loft fully furnished with one bedroom and living area with sofa bed with capacity for 2 adults and a kitchen space with all needed items to spend a precious time with your family while exploring the nature and adventure in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Our lofts are located close to beautiful beaches such as: Marbella, Frijolar, Pitahaya, San Juanillo, Ostional, Pelada, Guiones, Garza, Samara, Carrillo among many others. For your convenience we also offer AC in the main room, ceiling fan in the living room, wi-fi Internet, kitchen, refrigerator, dishes and all you need to help yourself to spend a great family time. Visit us to experience Costa Rica Pura Vida way of living and enjoy the natural environment close to paradisiac beaches where surf, for shiny and water activities are at your finger tips.

We are a family who found a beautifull spot in Guanacaste, Marbella, which turned out to be a Surf paradise visited every year by Surf professionals from Costa Rica or other countries where Surf is way of life.
Adventures is the name of our place which are known by the name of beaches around us such as Ostional or San Juanillo which are our favorite places to visit every time that we visit the area.

Why they chose this property

Marbella is one of the areas growing in Guanacaste the closest town to Frijolar and Playa Azul very well know for the waves among all surfers who visits Marbella looking for adventure and practicing their passion. We bought this land to develop a project to sell family lofts with all space needed to enjoy a vacation and we built the first of 11 buildings with 2 lofts each. We are in the process to get the local permits to complete the project and have it available for sell. Hope you can provide us with positive feedback to take into consideration for the other lofts.

What makes this property unique

The location is beautifull with amazig views, warm and friendly people we felt in love with Marbella because we used to spend time with our families in the surroundings, practicing MTB while discovering new routes and beaches nearby. If you enjoy viewing or practicing Surf then is a place to visit.
