Nestled away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a beautiful part of Orange is “Claremont Studio”.

Freshly painted, brand new carpet and high-quality appliances have given this studio a fresh and modern feel. Claremont Studio is situated on the ground floor of our permanent residence and has one modest sized bedroom (including built-ins and a queen-sized bed); a fully equipped laundry (including washing machine and dryer); kitchen (including a dishwasher, oven, large fridge & a coffee machine!); a bathroom as well as a generous sized lounge room. There is also a small private garden courtyard with outdoor table/seating and a small clothesline.
Claremont Studio has two entrances – both are separate and totally private from our residence. There is a lock-box (if required) to collect your key & complimentary wi-fi is available.

We also offer a light breakfast (for the first morning of your stay).

Claremont Studio has a Minimum stay of 2 nights. Situated near Wentworth and Duntryleague this property is suited to visitors coming to Orange for a variety of events such as Wine Week; Food Week; Australian National Field Days; sporting tournaments as well as the working professional seeking a “home away from home”. With a bus stop at the end of the street, it is only a short trip into town.
