Cozy little House with a sunny in-closed front porch. Open concept large bright full kitchen and Living room. Plenty of room to entertain. Nice comfortable Bedroom with a queen bed. The second sleeping area is open concept for entertaining or sleeping. It has a Daybed with a trundle bed. Easy access to the freeway, walking distance to the I.S.U Holt Arena. Blocks from Hospital, Downtown and the Fairgrounds. We have 3 golf courses in Pocatello two are community and one country club. we are 20 minutes from a challenging ski hill. twenty miles from American Fall Reservoir. I.S.U is home to Holt Arena and the Stevens Preforming Arts.

It is definitely a different type of experience then I am used to. Could have been cleaner. The coffee pot should be replaced as well as some of the bakeware.

Great location near ISU. Great for a quick weekend getaway. Clean home with good amenities. Lynda was a great host. On a busy street but didn’t bother us.

I purchased this house orginally for my hair salon. I have moved across the street to my Spa. I am an avid snowmobiler at our cabin in Island Park. I garden, paint and re-purpose furniture. And spend time with my border collie Cessna, my friends and family.

Why they chose this property

I originally bought this property for my Hair salon in 1986. But I recently moved my salon to my spa 's location across Center Street to the University Professional Building suite A. I opened in 2007 & decided to put everything under one roof.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of renting this cute little home is where it is located. right in the middle of from I.S.U. historic down town Pocatello. There are many shops, restaurants, & bars. Many out door activities golf skiing, biking mountain climbing & hiking. Only 10 minutes from rodeo & fair grounds.The Portneuf Wellness Complex was built to enhance and improve the health of Southeast Idaho. Some of the active play elements the complex includes are 6 full size multi-use sports fields and one isolated championship field, 2 basketball courts and a sand volleyball pit. A mountain bike park was built in to the existing terrain and a large children’s playground provides something for the younger crowd. A state-of-the-art amphitheater houses local events as well as big concerts, festivals and community events. Pocatello
