Amazing River Road property before the Third Crossing. Right across river is an 80 acre private park. Trout fishing heaven and toobing headquarters in the warm months. Located between 2nd & 3rd bridge crossing on river road. Two side by side homes with a large waterfront lot complete with HUGE deck looking over river (80x24) for outdoor entertaining & watching toobers. There is a fire pit & AWESOME custom barbq pit grille/smoker. Approximately 1.5 acres. There is also a double covered car port. The main house is a 3 bedroom with 2 dens. There is a large kitchen, and one large bathroom. The bedrooms are as follows: front bedroom has two queens, second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, third has a king. The den has two queen sofa beds and a 50 inch flat screen TV. The den has it's own AC/Heater and has a separate entrance, there is a washer and dryer. There is a charming sun room with flat screen overlooking the river with a desk, table and chairs for morning coffee. Three refrigerators all with ice makers.
Next door, a two story TREE-HOUSE that has a bathroom, kitchenette with 2 full size fridge and full sofa sleeper on the first floor. The top floor has a breathtaking view from the many windows overlooking the river and has kitchen and bathroom with flat screen tv. There is a queen bed and queen sofa sleeper as well as a washer/dryer, couch. desk, dining for six+. It has it's own private deck with flat screen tv, several tables and chairs. The houses rent together in the summer and separately in the winter months.
The houses share the large covered deck which has two picnic tables and patio furniture. There are steps down to the river and a small fishing deck below. Several tube rental businesses located in walking distance. Just call them and they will pick you up & you can float right back to the house! Awesome toobing & raft trips for the family. This is a zero tolerance for bad behavior property! Families or special events only.

Canyon Lake Gorge:
The Canyon Lake Gorge is open to the public for guided tours and is a natural insight into the geology and hydrologic dynamics of glenrose limestone in Comal County near Canyon Lake. The Gorge was created, or 'cut' when floodwaters escaped over the Spillway at Canyon Lake during the Flood Event of 2002. Visit their website at www.canyongorge.org/tour

The Heritage Museum & Dinosaur Tracks is located at the Heritage Museum of the Texas Hill Country, 4831 FM 2673, Canyon Lake Texas 78133, 830-899-4542. The Museum has displays on: Native American Artifacts, Early Pioneers including Farm Machinery, the Canyon Dam History, Fossils, Gift Shop, open air picnic area, and the Heritage Garden Trail of native Texas plants.

The Old Hancock Trail is a 3.5 mile hike/bike/equestrian trail along the north shoreline of Canyon Lake. The trail runs from the trailhead along the north shoreline to Canyon Park. The trailhead is located at the lakeshore end of Old Hancock Road just off FM 306 on the north side of the lake. Proof of a 'Negative Coggins Test' is required to use this trail.
