Very pretty location

  • 4 of 5

This is a rather small home, as advertised. You climb up into the bed, and I found it rather nice and cozy with comfortable bedding and mattress. There are ample utensils for cooking a small meal, and the outside deck was great. It has a dresser for clothes, but the only place to hang clothes is by the bed. It could also use a more comfortable couch. I would recommend this, great location, private and very reasonable.

Tide Watching Fun

  • 4 of 5

My wife and I enjoyed our two nights at Kim's cottage. Kim was extremely helpful and easy to work with and St Martins is a pleasant well-located fishing village. We spent most of our time watching the wonderous low and high tides from the nice balcony and exploring the nearby Fundy Trail. The locals were friendly and the few restaurants were more than adequate (but close early). We highly recommend the experience and the accommodations. Some might find the cottage too rustic and the wifi was spotty - those points are the only negatives we encountered; the positives far overwhelm these, however. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Tiny Cottage with a great outdoor space

  • 4 of 5

We stayed here for a week, had some inclement weather which caused us to cook inside and test the small kitchen it has everything you need to cook with but was a bit challenging. When the weather was good the deck BBQ and stove were fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. We are traveling for a couple months and found we needed to leave a number of items in our car to keep the small cottage tidy. This rural location has very limited cell service which we have found to be true in our other locations to stay in touch with family and plan our days the wifi was important to us but we found rural wifi was very challenging even though Kim tried her best to help with this it was not their fault for sure but thought it was important to mention. We sure would have enjoyed having outdoor fires to stay out longer in the chillier evenings but unfortunately there was a fire ban. Also sales of seafood across the street are limited to seasons so is not always available. This was our first ever vacation rental and we enjoyed it very much.

Great location, beautiful view of the Bay and everything going on.

  • 4 of 5

We stayed two weeks and had a wonderful time, great location in the heart of all the activity, cottage very nice and had everything you would need. Kim and Mike the owners were more than helpful if we needed anything. The deck is great, early morning coffee and a beautiful view to boot, what more could you want. Would recommend it to anyone.
