A spacious heritage home, central to all the amenities of Nelson; can accommodate 6 adults, with 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and a pull-out sofa-bed in the living room. In addition, there is a private nook off the 2nd bedroom perfect for sleeping 2 children. The home has been totally updated with large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two new bathrooms, and new laundry, plumbing/electrical service, energy-efficient furnace and water heater. Lower level is suitable for entertaining as kitchen w/island opens onto large dining room which opens into the living room w/gas fire-place and TV. There is an private outdoor patio and BBQ off the kitchen. Free Wi-Fi. The Stanley Street House has plenty of room, is very comfortable and completely equiped.

Baker Street and downtown is a five minute walk featuring street entertainment, festivals, cool shops, art outlets, lively bars, live theatre, great restaurants, a bright new recreation centre, and the marvelous Touchstones Museum and Art Gallery. Family parks (e.g. Gyro and Lakeside Parks) are close by.

Comfortable, relaxing, easy living in the Kootenay; Endless outdoor recreational opportunities. Awesome skiing.
