I'm not one to exaggerate, but this place is great. Beautiful home, great views, well stocked, and very quiet. We even saw whales! No regrets, and highly recommend.

What a great place to stay. Centrally located close to town, and off the scenic route of Onema Bay, and the botanical gardens! Kitchen had everything you would need for hanging out, and cooking in. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location, beautiful home

  • 5 of 5

It was a pleasure to have this bit of paradise to ourselves. Incredible views. Beautiful master bedroom and bath. Lots of protected from the rain space so you can be outdoors during showers, and a well equipped kitchen for cooking.

The guest house was charming (we didn’t use it) but we can see coming back with our adult kids and young grandchildren.

A wonderful, serene, and picturesque setting.

  • 5 of 5

As advertised, the property was spacious, clean, and very well stocked. There is a private gate that leads to the entrance and the house is on a large lot overlooking the ocean. The sunrise is gorgeous and visible every day with an amazing view of the moon by night. We routinely ate dinner in the Lanai. Wished we could have stayed longer but the Hilo side was made special by this house. Kudos on a 5-star property!

Sensational house and location! Could not recommend highly enough

  • 5 of 5

We recently stayed at this amazing property and cannot recommend it enough to those wanting a spacious, modern holiday home with some of the most stunning views ever seen. The seclusion and privacy of the property is second to none and the expansive views can be appreciated even as you drive down the private driveway. We stayed with another couple so we only used the main house but the guest wing was amazing and would be ideal for a third couple or in laws etc. The house is equipped with everything you need from linen, toiletries and kitchen equipment through to sporting items, bikes and surfboards. In fact, out of the 3 nights we were staying at the property, we cooked dinner 2 of them just so we could enjoy the home and sitting out on the beautiful verandah as much as possible. One of the bathrooms needed a small item fixed whilst we stayed and Steve the owner immediately organised for it to be fixed, and was just super friendly and helpful in all our dealings in general. If we ever return to Hilo there is no doubt in my mind that we will return to this amazing, amazing property! Thanks again
