Modern Studio Apartment in a Historic Setting, one Block from the Water

You will enjoy your stay in this newly and thoughtfully remodeled, super clean, welcoming unit located just a block from the water. Referred to as “The Postcard”, this first floor unit is part of the Historic Corner House (1867), and is outfitted with a king bed (New in 2015) and a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, two televisions (a 32’ flatscreen and a 46” flatscreen), Apple TV for Netflix, bar sink, dining table, one bathroom, microwave, coffee maker (with permanent filter), under cabinet refrigerator/freezer (freezer has enough room for more than ice cubes), toaster oven, cutting boards, plates/bowls/cups/wine glasses/utensils, etc. to serve four. We provide linens and towels.

There is a front and back door entrance to this unit, with dedicated parking just outside the back door, or covered, free city parking located next door at the city parking ramp. Cable television, Apple TV for Netflix and free wireless access. Central air conditioning and ceiling fan. Nice lighting, contemporary décor, pretty windows. Surprisingly quiet and secluded (hidden right in the middle of town). Professionally managed; professionally cleaned.

The Third Avenue Historic District is on the National Register of Historic Places, and it is the center for retail, restaurants and culture in Sturgeon Bay. Within a 2 minute walk from the apartment are great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the Bay and even live theater at Third Avenue Playhouse.
